Gachiakuta is one of the most loved anime to release this Summer. Although only two episodes have been released so far, the series is already getting fans excited. Interestingly, both episodes have been rated highly by the fans on IMDb, and it appears that the story is only going to get more interesting from here on.

In the previous episode, after Rudo is convicted of murdering Regto, he is dropped into the Pit. Once he opens his eyes after landing in the Pit, Rudo is shocked to realize that he suffered no serious injuries and is still alive. Before he could make sense of anything, giant trash monsters attack him. Although he puts up a valiant fight, it soon becomes evident that he is not strong enough to fight for long. That's when a masked man, who is later revealed to be named Enjin, arrives at the scene and rescues him.

Once Enjin has ensured that the trash monsters are taken care of, he turns his attention to Rudo. Shocked by his unique powers and incredible fighting prowess, Rudo bugs his new acquaintance with countless questions about his unique abilities and a possible escape from the Pit so that he can exact his revenge on the Spherites and everyone else who betrayed him. Enjin is understandably not amused and decides to teach him a lesson by leaving him defenseless in an unknown location.

Soon, a group of masked men approaches Rudo and asks him about his origins. Once they learn that he fell from the Sphere, they remove their masks in a hurry and become quite friendly initially. But it turns out that they don't have Rudo's best interests at heart. In fact, they soon imprison him and reveal that they will make a lot of money by selling his body parts, as Spherites are always in high demand.

As they continue to mock him, Rudo is filled with rage. After having been bullied all his life and then being sent to the Pit, he realizes that he is facing the same situation even in the Ground. Suddenly, he awakens his mysterious powers and beats up all his kidnappers. Enji, who has been watching the drama unfold from a distance, intervenes to calm Rudo. He offers to explain to him everything he wishes to know about his newfound abilities and the Pit, provided he joins the Cleaners. But for some reason, Rudo declines his offer.

Gachiakuta Episode 3 Will Follow Rudo As He Explores the Pit

Gachiakuta episode 3 will be released on Sunday, July 27, 2025. Although initially expected to premiere on July 20, 2025, the episode was delayed because of Japan's Election Day. The episode title has not been officially revealed so far, so fans will have to wait till the episode finally drops.

Gachiakuta episode 3 will most likely follow Rudo as he becomes more acquainted with the Pit and its social setting. He might find something new about his powers. However, the preview of the next episode has revealed that he is all set to meet Zanka for the first time.

Zanka is actually a Cleaner and a member of Team Akuta. Although Rudo said no to joining the Cleaners, it appears that the group could potentially become an important part of his life in the Pit. But it remains to be seen if Rudo is ready to change his mind or not.
