Summary
- A new Genshin Impact chart ranks 4-star units missed in updates.
- Top spot goes to Yun Jin, followed by Freminet, Lynette, Beidou, and more.
- Layla emerges as a highly requested 4-star Cryo character with strong shields and damage.
An interesting Genshin Impact chart shows the four-star waiting list for the second phase of the ongoing update 5.4. Every Genshin Impact update features two separate banner cycles, each containing a double banner that features two five-star characters.
Alongside these five-star units, Genshin Impact also includes a lineup of three four-star characters who are shared between the two five-star banners. Compared to five-star units, which have a 90-wish pity system, four-star characters are much easier to obtain due to their 10-wish pity.
Genshin Impact Leaks Exciting Details About New Combat Event for 5.5
A new Genshin Impact leak reveals additional details about a limited-time combat event set to arrive in the upcoming Version 5.5 update.
A Reddit user named RapidFresh has shared a new Genshin Impact chart ranking the game's playable four-star units by the number of consecutive banners they have missed so far. At the top of the list, with eight missed updates, is the famous Liyue Geo user Yun Jin, also known as the director of the Yun-Han Opera Troupe. Yun Jin is a solid Genshin Impact support character who specializes in assisting DPS units that rely on Normal Attacks for most of their damage. The second spot is shared by seven different characters: Freminet, Lynette, Beidou, Faruzan, and Layla. Fontaine's famous diver, Freminet, is best used in the main DPS role. However, many players tend not to use four-star units in this role, which has led this Cryo user to have a significantly low usage rate.
Genshin Impact 5.4: Which 4-Star Characters Missed Most Consecutive Updates?
The third spot is also taken by a Fontaine character, Lynette, who works as a magician's assistant to her brother, Lyney. Lynette is a sword-wielding Anemo user best suited for a sub-DPS role in Genshin Impact. The fact that she's an Anemo user means that Lynette can fit into many different team compositions, and she can also be used as an Elemental Mastery support. At the time of her release, many players complained that HoYoverse should have made Lyney and Lynette a much better duo with kits that synergize more effectively.
Beidou has been part of the game for a very long time, but many players still use her primarily for one thing: her Elemental Skill, which allows her to absorb and reflect incoming damage. She is also known as the captain of The Crux, a famous fleet in Genshin Impact's Liyue region. Similar to Lynette, Faruzan is also an Anemo character who can fit into a couple of different party types. However, she is best used in a team composition that features Wanderer as the main DPS unit.
Layla has been one of the best four-star Cryo characters released in Genshin Impact in the past couple of years due to her ability to provide a powerful shield while also applying Cryo damage even when swapped out. According to multiple replies in the comment section, Layla has been one of the most requested four-star characters by the community.
