Unlike the Elemental reaction buff in version 1.6, Genshin Impact 5.2 Elemental reaction buff doesn’t change the character’s base reaction damage, but instead changes the multiplier of the Elemental reaction itself.
The buff only applies to the following transformative reactions:

- Overloaded
- Superconduct
- Shattered
