The Algorithm of Semi-Intransient Matrix of Overseer Network is a boss released in Genshin Impact 3.1. Although it is an Automaton like Ruin Guard and Ruin Grader, this boss does not own an extra Physical RES like its cousins. Instead, the Algorithm of Semi-Intransient Matrix of Overseer Network has 10% RES to all kinds of damage. This number is boosted to 210% while it’s invisible.
Note that the boss is merely invisible (unseen), and not invincible. So to beat it easily, Genshin Impact players can simply figure out where it is while invisible and hit it with the right attack to remove the boss’ invisibility.

How To Beat Algorithm Of Semi-Intransient Matrix Of Overseer Network In Genshin Impact
Just like the smaller Primal Constructs, the Algorithm of Semi-Intransient Matrix of Overseer Network (ASIMON) will also enter an invisible state at intervals. While invisible, the boss will summon smaller parts that will attack the players.
There are three methods players can use to beat the Algorithm of Semi-Intransient Matrix of Overseer Network boss in Genshin Impact:
- Using a Quicken team (Electro + Dendro)
- Using Electro only
- Relies on Brute Force
Method #1: Quicken Strategy
For the Quicken method, first, ensure that both Dendro and Electro units are in the party. After that, Travelers must find the boss when it enters the invisible state and then apply the Quicken Reaction.
This can be done by either using auto-target units like Fischl or Yae Miko or applying debuff or other visual effects on the enemy. For example, triggering Quicken on the Genshin Impact boss will show the green-electricity effect, while using Zhongli’s shield will cause some down arrow to appear on the invisible boss.
After locating the boss, hit it with Quicken Elemental Reaction in Genshin Impact to force it to enter the paralyzed state. This strategy is highly recommended for harder content like the Spiral Abyss.
Method #2: Recovery Mode
For the second method, once the boss becomes invisible, players should hit one of the summoned mechanisms (simply deal as much damage as possible on one of them). After one part is destroyed, the boss will enter a recovery state. A prompt will appear on the screen, instructing people to use Electro on the components.
Use Electro on the parts to remove the boss’ invisibility and bring it into a paralyzed state.
Method #3: Brute Force
Finally, as the ASIMON can be beaten without ever going invisible, players can opt for a pure brute force team. For this method, Travelers should use the best Genshin Impact DPS to ensure a swift kill.
This method is easy to pull off on the normal open-world boss, but not as easy in Genshin Impact Spiral Abyss.
