With the release of Sumeru in Genshin Impact, players now have the chance to explore a vast world packed with natural wonders and meet new creatures of wisdom. It is without a doubt that Travelers will unconsciously trigger a world quest, stumble upon an unknown world boss, or even discover a Shrine of Depth.
As the Land of Wisdom is a new region, it’s only natural that there’s a new Shrine of Depths to be unlocked. Each one holds a Genshin Impact Luxurious Chest and requires a key. The rewards inside the chest vary, but players will get some precious
Primogems for sure.
Updated on June 25, 2023, by Nahda Nabiilah: As of Genshin Impact 3.6, all 10 Shrine of Depths became available in Sumeru. Each Shrine contains a Luxurious Chest that rewards Primogems,
Mora, EXP, and various random Artifacts and weapons. Regarding Achievements in Genshin Impact, a total of four Achievements can be obtained by unlocking all 10 Shrines; Sumeru: The Rainforest of Lore, Sumeru: The Gilded Desert - Series I, Sumeru: The Gilded Desert - Series II, and Blessed Hamada. All Sumeru Shrine Of Depth Locations In Genshin Impact
Here’s a complete list of all 10 Shrine of Depths locations in Sumeru.
Shrine of Depth #1
First one can be obtained by traveling to the Chatrakam Cave Teleport Waypoint and then heading southeast. When Travelers reach the edge, glide down to see the first Genshin Impact Shrine of Depth. An enormous creature and a Fatui Electro Cicin Mage will be walking back and forth in front of the shrine.

Next, proceed to the Teleport Waypoint on top of a hill northeast of Port Ormos. Upon arriving at the destined location, the second Shrine of Depth can be immediately seen to the east. A Genshin Impact Seelie will be floating on top.
Shrine of Depth #3
The third Shrine of Depth is located southwest of the Jadeplume Terrorshroom world boss. Fast travel to the Teleport Waypoint west of Genshin Impact Vanarana on top of a sandy hill. The moment players arrive, run southeast down the hill to see the third Shrine of Depth.
Shrine of Depth #4
For the fourth Shrine of Depth in version 3.0 Sumeru, teleport to the Waypoint south of Ruins of Dahri and glide north to the edge of the ruins. There, the fourth Shrine of Depth can be seen from afar while flying midair.
Shrine of Depth #5
It’s possible to find the fifth Shrine of Depth by heading east from the tunnels of the boss Setekh Wenut in Genshin Impact. Alternatively, players can fly west from the Waypoint near Yasana Monument and use the available Sigils to reach the Shrine.
Shrine of Depth #6
The next Shrine is easily accessed by either going southeast from the Sobek Oasis Waypoint or northwest from the Statue of the Seven near the Valley of Dahri.
Shrine of Depth #7
The seventh Shrine of Depth can be found underground, between the Dune of Magma and the Dune of Elusion in the Sumeru Desert. The best way to reach it is by teleporting to the underground Waypoint west of the Khemenu Temple and proceeding from there.
Shrine of Depth #8
The eighth Shrine is particularly easy to find as it is located in the Wounded Shin Valley, which is west-most of the Sumeru Desert. Simply head to the Waypoint east of the Wounded Shin Valley and look west to see the Shrine.
Shrine of Depth #9
Fast-travel to the Fane of Panjvahe Domain in the Sumeru Desert and head northwest to open the ninth Shrine of Depth.
Shrine of Depth #10
The tenth and final Shrine of Depth is near the Waypoint west of the Asipattravana Swamp. Run south towards the Hillichurl camp and climb the stairs to find the Shrine.
How To Get Sumeru Shrine Of Depth keys In Genshin Impact
There are currently two methods to get Sumeru Shrine of Depth Keys; rewards from Tree of Dreams in Genshin Impact or from leveling up the Sumeru Statue of the Seven.
The first method will give Travelers one Shrine of Depth Key upon reaching level 8, 18, 28, and 38. To quickly reach this level in the Tree of Dreams, It is crucial to explore the Land of Wisdom and unlock some chests to earn
Dendro Sigils. After that, keep offering the Sigils to the tree until the level is attained.
To level up the Statue of the Seven in Sumeru, Travelers must gather
Dendroculus. They appear as a white star on the map while exploring Sumeru in Genshin Impact. Players can get six Shrines of Depth Keys by reaching level 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, and 10.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
