Berrypuff is a cute Blubberbeast that can be found inside an underwater aquarium in Genshin Impact. Upon heading inside, an Engineer’s note is found, and it contains research about Berrypuff.
In this hidden Quest, players are tasked with taking care of the Blubberbeast as well as protecting him from any danger. But keep in mind that the Quest is time-gated, so it will take a while to complete. A Luxurious Chest and Hidden Achievement in Genshin Impact are rewarded at the end of the Quest.
How To Get The Blubby, Chubby, Creative Evolution Achievement In Genshin Impact
To get the Blubby, Chubby, Creative Evolution Achievement in Genshin Impact, players must visit Berrypuff and feed it five times to help it grow. The Hidden Quest is time-gated, so Travelers must visit five different times to feed the Blubberbeast. To start the Quest, head to the gazebo located south of the Chemin de L’Espoir and head inside.
The minimum time gap to feed Berry Puff is every seven hours, so the achievement can be completed in 28 hours minimum.
Feeding Time #1
Berrypuff will be lying on a rock, weak and unable to move as the resources left by the Engineer are all eaten and the Blubberbeast is not strong enough to feed itself. So, Paimon suggests offering a Fish to feed it.
Feeding Time #2
Travel to the same destination to find Berrypuff staring out the window. The creature doesn’t seem interested in food, and it won’t pay attention to the Traveler. It turns out that the Blubberbeast’s friend is trapped inside a bubble held by Fontemer Seagrass.
Go out of the gazebo and ‘borrow’ a Ray Hunter’s ability in Genshin Impact to slice the Fontemer Seagrass. Afterward, head inside and feed Berrypuff a Fish then watch it play with its friend.
Feeding Time #3
Upon heading inside the aquarium, Berrypuff will be hiding behind the grass, looking in a particular direction, and refusing to eat. It appears that there are some Clockwork Meka on the other side scaring the little Blubberbeast. Head out of the building and ‘borrow’ Ray Hunter’s ability once more to defeat the enemies outside in Genshin Impact. Now that it’s calm, return to the marine creature and feed it a Fish.
Feeding Time #4
On feeding time number four, return to Berrypuff and the creature will refuse to eat again. It seems anxious and will try to pull Travelers to a certain location. For a second time, get out of the building and get the water blade ability to slash the three Clockwork Meka to free Berrypuff’s friend.
Now that the creature’s friend is free and safe, the Blubberbeast eagerly accepts the Fish. Additionally, its health increases to the max and it will trust Travelers completely.
Feeding Time #5
While visiting the creature on the fifth and final time, Berrypuff will grow from a small and weak Blubberbeast to a big and strong one. It will get out to the outside for the first time to finally live its life and play with its friend.
Before going away, the Blubberbeast points its head to the aquarium and nods twice, seemingly trying to tell players something. Upon heading inside the aquarium for the final time, approach the middle ground and dig out a Luxurious Chest in Genshin Impact. The Blubby, Chubby, Creative Evolution Achievement will be obtained shortly after.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
