After meeting Fujin at Carp’s Rest in Genshin Impact Chenyu Vale, players will end up journeying with Little Mao, a knowledgeable kid who says he got his information from a friend called Bluey. Fujin suspected that this friend is someone she knows herself, but she wouldn’t be able to confirm until she at least accumulated enough power to roam the land of Chenyu Vale again.
To help Fujin restore her power and eventually fix the water and soil in Chenyu Vale, Travelers have to utilize the Adeptal power bestowed by the Adeptus to the protagonist. For instance, in the Floating Jade, Treasure of Chenyu quest, players must collect the Scattered Adeptal Energy in Genshin Impact.
How To Collect The Scattered Adeptal Energy In Genshin Impact
The first Scattered Adeptal Energy is located right below the starting point. Investigate glowing spots until the Energy appears. There will be plenty of glowing spots, but the one players need is the spot that overlooks the second Scattered Energy. Other investigation points will either spawn common items or even an enemy.
Near the first Scattered Adeptal Energy, players will find a glowing orb flying around. Approach it, and it’ll run away, taking the form of a boar. Keep following it until it becomes a boss-like creature. It has a rage move somewhat similar to the Great Snowboar King in Genshin Impact Dragonspine.
While following the boar, some Oceanid Mimic creatures will also appear. It’ll serve to annoy you, but it’s not necessary to beat them to complete the task.
Head deeper into the cave until there’s a bunch of Hilichurls imprisoning a Seelie. Beat the enemies and release the Seelie, and two other blue spirits will come out of hiding. Follow the Seelies as they drain the water, and you’ll find the third Scattered Adeptal Energy at the bottom of the pool.
Walk northeast to the watery area and light up all the Pyro Monuments for the final Scattered Adeptal Energy in Genshin Impact. You’ll have to use your Adeptal power to lift the platform out of the water. It’s recommended to use a Pyro-bow character in Genshin Impact like 
Amber and 
Yoimiya to make the lighting task faster.
Once all four Scattered Energy returns, players need to go back to the Votive Rainjade by using the nearest Teleport Waypoint. Fujin will show how the Jade device can change sizes from large to small, which confirms the folksong of the people of Chenyu Vale.
After all the fascination, Little Mao decides to meet Bluey, which will end the current sub-quest and change it into An Ancient Sacrifice of Sacred Brocade, the final part of Chenyu's Blessings of Sunken Jade quest chain.
