Obtaining the Dream Through the Web Achievement in Genshin Impact requires a bit of exploration as players will discover a forgotten story. Each book you find and read will tell a part of the Priest’s story while he's documenting his journey.
The Dreamseeker Priest is searching for Angakuk or Mighty Wayob, who is supposedly the guardian of the past. Each time the Priest asks for a sign from Angakuk, players will actually witness the signs once they finish reading each book. Additionally, locating all the books will reward the Dream Through the Web Achievement in Genshin Impact.

Ancient Chronicle Of The Dreamseeker Priest Book Locations In Genshin Impact
There are a total of four Ancient Chronicle of the Dreamseeker Priest Books in Natlan. Upon opening the fourth one, players will get the Dream Through the Web Achievement in Genshin Impact. You will need to engage in some battles while locating the books, so keep that in mind.
Obtaining the books in order is not necessary to get the Achievement.
Ancient Chronicle Of The Dreamseeker Priest Book I Location
Travel to Huitztli Hill Teleport Waypoint and head east to find trees decorated with blue dreamcatchers and yellow bells. Read the first book of the chronicle to discover the Priest’s pleas to Angakuk, resulting in the summoning of a flock of birds. The Priest’s time had come, and he requested that the guardian send birds to help guide his soul.
Ancient Chronicle Of The Dreamseeker Priest Book II Location
Head to the Ancestral Temple’s northeastern Waypoint and travel slightly southwest. You find the trees in the same decorations and the second book is near a rock. Reading it will spawn an enemy that you must defeat. That’s because the Priest asked the Mighty Wayob to send forth its warrior.
Ancient Chronicle Of The Dreamseeker Priest Book III Location
Return to Huitztli Hill and fast-travel to the northeastern Waypoint. Glide down southeast to see the third book on a small rock surrounded by the same blue and yellow decorations. The Priest wished to see Angakuk in the mirror and asked the guardian to place some stones underneath his feet, which appear after you are done reading the book. You can use a Genshin Impact character like 
Zhongli to get the 
Condessence Crystals faster.
Ancient Chronicle Of The Dreamseeker Priest Book IV Location
Finally, go north from the Waypoint located south of the Scions of the Canopy area in Genshin Impact. You will find the fourth and final book of the Priest's journey in a small cave surrounded by enemies. Defeat them and read it to obtain the Achievement as well as a lot of 
Sunsettia. Turns out the Priest requested that the great Wayob take his hands and place some ripe fruits to serve as proof.
