Escoffier is a Cryo character who deals a lot of off-field DMG while shredding enemies’ resistance to Cryo and Hydro. If the entire team is exclusively made of Cryo and Hydro units, Escoffier’s debuff will reach 55%, which is enormous, making her a must-have in every Freeze team in Genshin Impact. Escoffier Best Artifact In Genshin Impact
Since most of Escoffier’s DMG comes from her Elemental Skill, the best artifact set for Escoffier in Genshin Impact is the Golden Troupe set. It buffs her Elemental Skill’s DMG by up to 70%, greatly improving Escoffier’s off-field DPS. Escoffier doesn’t need Energy Recharge or any stat other than the classic ATK/Cryo/Crit on her artifacts’ main stats. So, go for ATK on Timepiece, Cryo DMG on Goblet, and Crit DMG/Rate on Circlet. Players can build Escoffier with ATK on Goblet instead of Cryo DMG, sacrificing a bit of her DMG in return for better healing capabilities.
Besides Golden Troupe, players can go full classic and build Escoffier with Noblesse Oblige in Genshin Impact. The set’s effect increases her Elemental Burst DMG, alongside providing a decent buff for the team. Escoffier can also work with Blizzard Strayer since her team should always have Cryo and Hydro characters in Genshin Impact.
Escoffier Best Weapon In Genshin Impact
As a 5-star character in Genshin Impact, Escoffier’s best Polearm is her Signature weapon, Symphonist of Scents. The 5-star weapon grants her a lot of Crit DMG on top of a passive that buffs her ATK% and the ally she heals, which further improves her role as an off-field DMG dealer.
Players can add Staff of Homa as an option for Escoffier’s build in Genshin Impact since it grants her the same amount of Crit DMG on top of slightly buffing her ATK%. Primordial Jade Winged-Spear is a very similar choice, but it offers Crit Rate instead of Crit DMG. Both Polearms are great stat sticks for Escoffier’s build.
Since she also relies on ATK% for her healing, players can build Escoffier with Calamity Queller, which skyrockets her ATK% after she uses her Elemental Skill. Additionally, Escoffier’s DPS also scales with ATK%, so Calamity Queller will also work on that side of combat.
Finally, if you don’t have any of the 5-star options, you can build Escoffier with Prospector's Drill or Blackcliff Pole in Genshin Impact. Escoffier will lose a bit of Crit value when wielding Prospector's Drill, but she’ll get a decent ATK% and Cryo DMG buff every time she uses her Elemental Skill or Burst. As for Blackcliff Pole, Escoffier won’t use its passive much, and it will only serve as a 4-star stat stick, giving her an acceptable Base ATK and a Crit DMG sub-stat.
