Broken Sea is the third and final area to unlock on Simulanka during the Summertide Scales and Tales: Part III World Quest in Genshin Impact. Upon arriving in the area, Travelers will encounter 
Wanderer. The Anemo character will save them from falling and join them on their quest to find and defeat Simulanka's Evil Dragon.
Once the dragon is "defeated," players can start Simulanka’s World Quest in Genshin Impact. Afterward, they can roam the floating lands of Broken Sea freely and collect all the available collectibles from chests and flowers, to the Excerpts of Bliss in Genshin Impact.

Collecting all the Excerpts Of Bliss in Constellation Metropole will take Travelers closer to Kirara's skin in Genshin Impact.

Broken Sea is home to 10 Excerpts of Bliss in Genshin Impact. The Simulanka Jubilant Feather can be found floating in Brickstacks and Shattered Toytanium Mines. Locating them is easy, since each time players get near one, they will be marked with a paper plane icon on the map. Moreover, if players collect 75 Excerpts of Bliss, they can exchange them for a Jocund Letter. The Genshin Impact Gadget helps Travelers detect the Jubilant Feather within a certain AoE inside Simulanka.
Broken Sea Excerpts Of Bliss Location #1
Collecting the first Excerpts Of Bliss in Brickstacks requires players to do the following:
- Fast travel to Brickstacks southwestern Waypoint.
- Jump north.
- Turn west.
- Go toward the Jenga Tower.
- Climb to the top.
- Grab the floating Jubilant Feather on top of it.

From the Jenga Tower, jump north and glide toward the Soaring Toy. Use the elastic block to reach the Excerpts of Bliss above it.

Glide northeast toward the lighthouse from the previous location, then enter it and move along its passage. Once players are out, move toward the unproblematic Genshin Impact enemies to collect the third Excerpts of Bliss in the Broken Sea.

To collect the next Excerpts of Bliss in Simulanka, Travelers must:
- Use the Soaring Toy west of the previous Jubilant Feather location in Genshin Impact.
- Use the spawned Anemo Rings to reach the second elastic block.
- Jump on the box to spawn another set of Anemo Rings.
- Fly toward the small floating island.
- Grab the Excerpts of Bliss floating on top of a tree branch.
Broken Sea Excerpts Of Bliss Location #5
Use the Soaring Toy next to the northern edge to arrive at the Shattered Toytanium Mines. Upon arriving, move northeast and collect the Excerpts of Bliss floating above two toy figures.

Constellation Metropole is the second area players will unlock on the Simulanka island in Genshin Impact.

Go to the Shattered Toytanium Mines' eastern Waypoint, then leap from the edge east of it. Next, glide toward the Excerpts Of Bliss, above a small floating rock.
Broken Sea Excerpts Of Bliss Location #7
Teleport back to the Shattered Toytanium Mines' eastern Waypoint, but this time go to the island's northeastern side. The Excerpts Of Bliss will be tucked in a wooden block beside a Precious chest in Genshin Impact.

To locate another Excerpts of Bliss in the Broken Sea, players should:
- Teleport to the Shattered Toytanium Mines' western Waypoint.
- Go to the island’s western edge.
- Collect the Simulanka Jubilant Feather on top of the wooden blocks.

The next Simulanka Jubilant Feather is at the northern edge of the eastern Brickstacks island.
Broken Sea Excerpts Of Bliss Location #10
The last Excerpts Of Bliss in the Broken Sea can be found inside the Whispering Isle secret office room. To reach it:
- Fast travel to the Shattered Toytanium Mines' northern Waypoint.
- Follow the floating star beside the Elegant Statue.
- Jump off the cliff after the star.
- Collect the Luxurious chest in Genshin Impact.
- Grab the Jubilant Feather and the Dream of the Ancient Capital from the desk.
If Travelers follow the other two stars on the Isle, they will be rewarded with a Common and a Precious chest.
