Freminet is a 4-star Genshin Impact character with a unique playstyle that not only allows constant Cryo application but also supports the underrated Elemental Reaction, Shattered. Similar to how he gains a DMG bonus from triggering Shattered, two of Freminet’s six Constellations also demand people to play around with Elemental Reaction to get the buffs activated.
Sadly, being a 4-star unit means his performance is doomed to be shadowed by 5-star characters like Eula. If players insist on getting his copies and having him as a main DPS, however, here’s everything they need to know about Freminet’s Constellations in Genshin Impact.
Are Freminet Constellations Worth It In Genshin Impact?
Considering Freminet falls short when compared to similar DPS like Eula in Genshin Impact, getting his Constellations is not game-changing, but if players simply want to play the Fatui sibling, then, yes, his C2 and C6 are worth getting.
C1 - Dreams of the Foamy Deep
- Effect: The CRIT Rate of Pressurized Floe: Shattering Pressure will be increased by 15%.
- Importance: Medium
A 15% Crit Rate would’ve been nice if it wasn’t locked to one part of Freminet’s ability, but sadly, it is. Fortunately, this ability affects all of Freminet’s Elemental Skill Cryo hits, so it’s decent even though it still doesn’t remove the need for Crit Rate for the Fatui’s Normal Attack.
C2 - Penguins and the Land of Plenty
- Effect: Unleashing Pressurized Floe: Shattering Pressure will restore 2 Energy to Freminet. If a Pressure Level 4 Shattering Pressure is unleashed, this will restore 3 Energy.
- Importance: High
Two or three Energy may seem negligible, but considering Freminet only requires 60 Energy for his Elemental Burst, this Genshin Impact Constellation is not so bad. This upgrade basically means he’ll get around 12 Energy before the Burst cooldown ends, so it greatly reduces the Energy he needs to cast his Ultimate again.
C4 - Dance of the Snowy Moon and Flute
- Effect: After Freminet triggers Frozen, Shatter, or Superconduct against opponents, his ATK will be increased by 9% for 6s. Max 2 stacks. This can be triggered once every 0.3s.
- Importance: Medium
C4 emphasizes the importance of Elemental Reactions when playing Freminet. However, unlike his Ascension Skill which only triggers when the Shattered Reaction occurs, Freminet's fourth Constellation in Genshin Impact is more flexible as people can rely on other effects like Frozen or Superconduct to trigger it. The ATK buff is comparable to a two-piece Artifact set which grants an 18% ATK bonus to the Fatui.
C6 - Moment of Waking and Resolve
- Effect: After Freminet triggers Frozen, Shatter, or Superconduct against opponents, his CRIT DMG will be increased by 12% for 6s. Max 3 stacks. This can be triggered once every 0.3s.
- Importance: High
Similar to his C4, C6 Freminet also demands one of the three Elemental Reactions for it to take effect. This time, however, the bonus is more substantial with up to a 36% Crit DMG buff. As long as players have sufficient Crit Rate, this final upgrade will be valuable for Freminet’s DPS.
