Citlali is one of a few Cryo characters that can offer her team a reliable off-field Cryo application in Genshin Impact. In order to do so, Citlali must enter her Nightsoul’s Blessing State and increase its meter as much as possible to keep her Frostfall Storm active.
While there are many ways to increase her Nightsoul’s Blessing meter, building Citlali with the correct weapon is definitely one of them. For that, here’s a list of the best Catalysts for Citlali in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact: All Shrine Of Depth Locations In Natlan
Shrine of Depths in Natlan rewards higher Primogems compared to the other five Genshin Impact regions before it.
6 Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers
- Primary Stat: 401 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 35.2% HP
- R5 Effect: When switching characters, the new character taking the field has their ATK increased by 48% for 10s. This effect can only occur once every 20s.
Like her BiS weapon, Starcaller's Watch, Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers gives Citlali the ability to greatly buff the next character’s ATK in Genshin Impact. However, Citlali gains nothing more from Thrilling Tales. So, it should be a last-resort Catalyst for Citlali in Genshin Impact.
5 Fruit of Fulfillment
- Primary Stat: 510 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 45.9% Energy Recharge
- R5 Effect: Obtain the "Wax and Wane" effect after an Elemental Reaction is triggered, gaining 36 Elemental Mastery while losing 5% ATK. For every 0.3s, 1 stack of Wax and Wane can be gained. Max 5 stacks. For every 6s that go by without an Elemental Reaction being triggered, 1 stack will be lost. This effect can be triggered even when the character is off-field.
Genshin Impact: Xilonen Build Guide
Xilonen perfectly fits the requirement for Natlan's support Artifact in Genshin Impact.
Fruit of Fulfillment is a decent F2P weapon for Citlali in Genshin Impact. It grants her Energy Recharge, which is good for casting her Elemental Burst more often. It also continuously transforms a portion of her ATK% into Elemental Mastery, and that’s what she needs to keep her shield stronger. On the other hand, if you’re building Citlali to deal DMG with her Elemental Burst or Nightsoul’s Blessing state, Fruit of Fulfillment is not fruitful for that role.
4 Wandering Evenstar
- Primary Stat: 510 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 165 Elemental Mastery
- R5 Effect: The following effect will trigger every 10s: The equipping character will gain 48% of their Elemental Mastery as bonus ATK for 12s, with nearby party members gaining 30% of this buff for the same duration. Multiple instances of this weapon can allow this buff to stack. This effect will still trigger even if the character is not on the field.
Wandering Evenstar grants Citlali a lot of Elemental Mastery on top of increasing her ATK% by a portion of her total EM. Furthermore, Wandering Evenstar also buffs Citlali’s team with a small portion of her buff, giving her kit a tiny buff from this Catalyst. It’s mainly a good Catalyst because of its Sub-stat more than its passive.
3 Sacrificial Fragments
- Primary Stat: 454 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 221 Elemental Mastery
- R5 Effect: After dealing damage to an opponent with an Elemental Skill, the skill has a 80% chance to end its own CD. Can only occur once every 16s.
Genshin Impact: Mavuika Team Composition Guide
Mavuika team comp in Genshin Impact can be quite specific if players wish to use the Archon's Elemental Burst often.
With a chance to keep refilling her Nightsoul’s Blessing meter, Sacrificial Fragments offers Citlali the ability to cast her Elemental Skill twice in each rotation. With that, Citlali will fill her Nightsoul’s Blessing meter faster and keep her Frostfall Storm active more often. This puts Sacrificial Fragments among the best Catalysts for Citlali in Genshin Impact.
Additionally, Sacrificial Fragments is easier to get than most weapons since it’s a 4-star Catalyst. It also offers Citlali a huge amount of Elemental Mastery, which further increases her shield strength.
2 A Thousand Floating Dreams
- Primary Stat: 542 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 265 Elemental Mastery
- Effect: Party members other than the equipping character will provide the equipping character with buffs based on whether their Elemental Type is the same as the latter or not. If their Elemental Types are the same, increase Elemental Mastery by 32. If not, increase the equipping character's DMG Bonus from their Elemental Type by 10%. Each of the aforementioned effects can have up to 3 stacks. Additionally, all nearby party members other than the equipping character will have their Elemental Mastery increased by 40. Multiple such effects from multiple such weapons can stack.
A Thousand Floating Dreams, which is Nahida’s BiS weapon in Genshin Impact, offers Citlali a lot of Elemental Mastery on top of a Supportive passive effect. With this 5-star Catalyst, Citlali will buff her team’s Elemental Mastery by 40 while the weapon increases either her Elemental Mastery or DMG based on her team members. A Thousand Floating Dreams is a decent Catalyst with a lot of potential when wielded by Citlali in Genshin Impact.
1 Starcaller's Watch
- Primary Stat: 542 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 265 Elemental Mastery
- Effect: Increases Elemental Mastery by 100. Gain the "Mirror of Night" effect within 15s after the equipping character creates a shield: The current active party member deals 28% increased DMG to nearby opponents. You can gain the "Mirror of Night" effect once every 14s.
Strongest Archons In Genshin Impact, Ranked
Each Archon in Genshin Impact has their own distinct characteristic that makes them stand out from the rest of the cast.
Without a doubt, Starcaller's Watch is the best weapon for Citlali in Genshin Impact. The 5-star BiS grants Citlali a whopping 365 Elemental Mastery on top of an ongoing 28% DMG buff for any active character in her team. It’s an amazing weapon that takes advantage of Citlali’s kit and its effect perfectly synergizes with her gameplay.
