Escoffier is an amazing Polearm user in Genshin Impact. Her ability to deal so much DMG without taking any field time makes her a must-have character for every Freeze team in Genshin Impact.

Although Escoffier is simple when it comes to her mechanics and the stats she requires in Genshin Impact, she still needs a 5-star weapon to meet her needs. Prospector's Drill can satisfy some of those needs, but not all of them, since it lacks the Crit value and the Base ATK that 5-star Polearms have. Instead of Crit DMG or Crit Rate, the 4-star Polearm decently buffs Escoffier’s ATK% on top of further increasing it through her passive effect when she heals her allies. Prospector's Drill is especially good at R5, but not to the point of competing with Escoffier’s best weapons in Genshin Impact.

Being a Cryo character that scales with ATK% for both her DPS and healing, Escoffier can definitely use Calamity Queller. The weapon offers an enormous amount of Base ATK on top of a lot of extra ATK% from its passive if Escoffier is off-field, which is what she will be the majority of every combat.

Escoffier doesn’t really get anything from Primordial Jade Winged-Spear’s passive effect since she’s going to be spending most of the combat time off-field. However, Xiao’s best weapon in Genshin Impact grants her around 22% Crit Rate, which increases her Crit value and helps players comfortably choose Crit DMG on her Circlet and artifacts’ sub-stats. Additionally, Primordial Jade Winged-Spear has a high Base ATK, and that’s also good for Escoffier when players build ATK% on both her Timepiece and Goblet’s main stats.

Having a high Base ATK on top of a decent Crit DMG sub-stat makes Staff of Homa a great weapon for Escoffier in Genshin Impact. The 5-star Polearm buffs Escoffier’s HP% before increasing her ATK% based on her Max HP, which should give her a decent extra ATK%. The extra ATK helps with healing and DMG, while the weapon’s Crit DMG sub-stat helps with Escoffier’s DPS and allows her to be more useful as a Sub-DPS.
