Iansan is a fitness instructor from the Collective of Plenty and the founder of the Pilgrimage Victors Academy in Genshin Impact. As her job is to train people, it's no surprise that her combat abilities revolve around pushing characters to their limit.
Iansan does this by providing a plethora of buffs, from a massive ATK boost, DMG bonus, and minor healing. Pair this with the buffs she gets from Natlan artifacts, and it won't be surprising if players seek the best Iansan team comp in Genshin Impact.

3 Iansan + Varesa + Furina + Xilonen
Although Iansan is a 4-star, she’s one of the best buffers in Genshin Impact, especially if the main DPS has a high Base ATK and heavily depends on ATK%. Teaming her with Varesa is perfect for both of their kits since Varesa has a high Base ATK and needs all the buffs she can get to increase her DPS. For that, adding two amazing buffers, like Furina and Xilonen, will allow Varesa to deal high damage easily with her Plunge attacks.
This team is amazing with any character with high Base ATK in Genshin Impact. For that, you can switch Varesa with characters like Arlecchino, Navia, Chasca, and Mavuika.

2 Iansan + Xiao + Furina + Faruzan
Xiao needs off-field support characters that can have their buffs and debuffs stay on the field while he dons his Yaksha Mask. While Iansan’s buff doesn’t stay for long, it stays long enough to maximize Xiao’s DPS for the majority of the duration. Iansan also barely has any field time, which makes the rotation faster and allows Xiao to have more field time. Not to mention Iansan’s ATK% and DMG buffs, which will greatly benefit Xiao in Genshin Impact.
Since Xiao is a selfish DPS in Genshin Impact, teaming him with characters like Furina and Faruzan further improves his field time while greatly increasing the DMG of each one of his Plunge attacks. You can replace Xiao with Chasca, and that’s actually a better team for Iansan since Chasca is a Natlan character and synergizes better with her.

1 Iansan + Mavuika + Bennett + Chevreuse
Mavuika has the highest Base ATK in Genshin Impact, and that's not surprising, as the God of War. Although she has her own teams, you can still create an F2P team around her by pairing her with Iansan, Chevreuse, and Bennett. Iansan greatly buff Mavuika’s ATK% while granting her around 65% extra DMG, Chevreuse reduces enemies’ resistance to Pyro DMG while increasing Mavuika’s Pyro DMG, and Bennett increases Mavuika’s ATK and grants her an extra 15% Pyro DMG if you unlock his C6.
All that won’t compete with Mavuika’s best teams in Genshin Impact. But it will create a very powerful F2P team for Iansan in Genshin Impact.
