Priorities First is a Genshin Impact quest where players need to investigate the Fatui’s mysterious facility. The experimental institute will lead players to discover the Fatui’s Kuuvahki energy-harnessing mechanism inside their Underground Research Center.

Priorities First Quest In Genshin Impact
To initiate the Priorities First quest in Genshin Impact, Travelers must do the following:
- Teleport to Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau's western island teleport waypoint.
- Enter the northern building
- Use the elevator to descend to the lower floor.
- Climb the box.
- Pull the ID Card with the Kuuvahki Energy.
- Pass it over the two barrier seals.
- Move further down after unlocking the waypoint.
- Bypass the trap by using the side rooms.
- Interact with the screen to stop the trap.
- Defeat the Genshin Impact enemy.
Afterward, follow the quest marker until you have to avoid another trap. However, this time it won’t be as easy, since players will need to unlock the sealed side rooms to use them as an escape route. To do so, grab the ID Cards inside the rooms while avoiding the Kuuvahki Energy, then use the rooms to avoid the trap and turn it off from the other side.
Upon completing this step, follow the instructions until the quest reaches the part where Travelers have to retrieve three Data Storage Cassettes. The quest marker will mark their location on the map, but it’s up to players to solve them and obtain an Exquisite chest and two Precious chests in Genshin Impact.
Data Storage Cassette Puzzle #1
To solve the first puzzle, players need to do the following:
- Fast travel to Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau's western island waypoint.
- Head east.
- Pull the ID Card.
- Swipe it left over the three barrier seals.
- Defeat the activated machines.
- Collect the Exquisite chest in Genshin Impact.
This will spawn a Data Storage Cassette in Travelers’ inventory; players will need two more.

Data Storage Cassette Puzzle #2
To solve the second Data Storage Cassette puzzle, players will first need to know that there will be a Cleaning Bot circling the barrier, which will supply Travelers with Kuuvahki Energy when it's near. Second, follow these steps to acquire the Precious chest behind it:
- Teleport to the waypoint northeast of the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau.
- Run north.
- Stand in front of the blue glowing box.
- Wait until the Cleaning Bot reaches you.
- Use the supplied Kuuvahki Energy to pull the chest forward.
- Move to the other side of the barrier.
- Wait for the Bot again.
- Grab the ID Card with the provided Energy.
- Keep pace with the Cleaning Bot.
- Swipe the Card behind the seals to break the barrier.
- Get the Precious chest to obtain the second Data Storage Cassette.
Opening the chest has a chance to drop a Paha Isle Evermoon Seal in Genshin Impact.
Data Storage Cassette Puzzle #3
To acquire the last Data Storage Cassette, Travelers need to:
- Fast travel to North Harbor waypoint.
- Move southwest.
- Open the cargo hatch to the left barrier to release another Cleaning Bot.
- Go in front of the barrier.
- Pull the ID Card with the Kuuvahki Energy, provided by the still Bot.
- Scan the first seal with it.
- Slowly move left around the barrier to swipe the second seal.
- Stay still until the moving Cleaning Bot reaches you.
- Move along with it around the barrier to unlock the last two seals.
- Collect the Precious chest.
If players wish to complete the Priorities First quest, do this:
- Teleport to Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau Underground Research Center.
- Submit the data.
- Grab the Kuuvahki Relay Mechanism with the Kuuvahki Energy to destroy the shield.
- Defeat the spawned enemies with a well-built Genshin Impact team.
- Investigate the strange sound.
The Priorities First mission will end and reward players with 40 Primogems, and the Tempus Fugit, Pecunia Fugit Achievement in Genshin Impact.
