Chapter 5 of the Aranyaka in Genshin Impact involves an Aranara called Ararycan. They’re currently investigating an occurrence in Devantaka Mountain that’s causing the flora to suffer. This Genshin Impact quest will take players inside the giant Ruin Guard, but only after doing a few chores for Jazari the researcher.
To get a check mark on chapter 5 of the Aranyaka, Travelers must finish the second part of the chapter, Until Vana Is Healed. Here’s how Genshin Impact players can finish chapter 5 of the Aranyaka and get a check mark on their journal.
How To Start Chapter 5 Of The Aranyaka In Genshin Impact
Vimana Agama is chapter 5 of the Aranyaka, and it starts at Devantaka Mountain. Find Ararycan at the marked location to start this quest.
Players will be taken on a journey to find an item called Amiti Device that will eventually allow them to enter the giant Ruin Guard in Devantaka Mountain. Then, the robot can be fired up by connecting four relays in the middle section of the Genshin Impact Ruin Guard.
How To Finish Chapter 5 Of The Aranyaka In Genshin Impact
After doing the first part, Genshin Impact Travelers and Paimon can meet Ararycan again northeast of the Dark Valley domain. This will trigger the Until Vana Is Healed quest. The Aranara speaks of a Withering nearby and asks the Travelers to clear it out.
Follow the direction until Ararycan talks about Aralohita and their riddles and traps. Then, when players get the quest to search for the answers to the riddle, follow the following sequences: Dusk Bird, Shroomboar, and Rishboland Tiger.
To “answer” correctly, summon Dendrograna from the nearby branch, and use the Grana to activate the Dendro objects. Start from the Dusk Bird writing, which has one line on top of it. Then, move to the Shroomboar writing, which is marked with two lines. Lastly, shoot the Dendro object in front of Rishboland Tiger, the one marked by three lines.
After answering the riddles, enter the labyrinth using the Rhythm of the Gloomy Path. Simply equip the Vintage Lyre and play the corresponding notes. This will lead players to a place with Vamadha. Vamadha is the cyan ball that will rotate when attacked.
Next, to find the “solution” in the Until Vana Is Healed quest, players have to be patient and wait for the Vamadha to slowly turn. Enter the cyan ball, and stand still. Don't move or else it gets confusing. Attack the ball and wait for it to rotate until the entrance is in front of the players (preferably with a bow user to reduce movement).
Now, get out of the cyan ball and enter the next one. Do the same steps until the Genshin Impact Traveler finds a Vamadha that has a glowing spot. Investigate the spot to get A Research Paper by Pir Kavikavus. There’s also a Common Chest in another Vamadha if players are willing to repeat the process again.
Since the research paper isn’t friendly for non-academic people, go back to Jazari inside the giant Ruin Guard. Tell him about the lost research paper, and he’ll be thrilled.
Follow Jazari to Dev’s Cavern by following the quest navigation. Although the location is accessible from the Teleport Waypoint southeast of the Devantaka Mountain Statue of the Seven, players must follow the navigation and go to the entrance from the surface, northwest of Port Otmos.
While Jazari is working, three waves of Abyss Mages will appear, each with one Hydro, Pyro, and Electro Abyss Mage. Make sure to have the correct Elements to counter these enemies before proceeding with this quest. Alternatively, an Anemo that can Swirl all Elements like Genshin Impact Venti is a great way to defeat the Mages.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
