The creatures are known to be overly friendly and carefree, making them a popular companion, especially among the People of the Springs. Additionally, these birds can't be hunted down for Fowl thanks to their thick and sturdy flesh. This further emphasizes the sense of peace among the birds.
Although Flowcurrent Birds are mostly seen around Toyac Springs in Genshin Impact, players can find some of them relaxing west of the Masters of the Night-Wind area, where a photographer from Fontaine called Jonvelle in Genshin Impact is trying to get a good shot of the creature.

Jonvelle Location In Genshin Impact
Players can find Jonvelle location in Genshin Impact by using the Teleport Waypoint west of the Masters of the Night-Wind tribe area. Glide further west to the shore to find a Fontainian photographer.
Speak to Jonvelle, and he'll tell you that he's trying to take a picture of the Flowcurrent Birds in Genshin Impact. However, it looks like it's not going well for him since the birds keep swimming around and not stopping, making it hard to get a good picture.
Hoops Are Also Traps Achievement In Genshin Impact
To help Jonvelle in Genshin Impact, players must trap the Flowcurrent Birds using the floaties. The floaties are available from the Graffiti on the rocks.
The Flowcurrent Birds must be trapped within the rocks. If they're outside the area, the Jonvelle quest won't proceed and players won't get the rewards.
Travelers must have the Spiritspeaking ability to scan Nightspirit Graffitis. This can be done by either indwelling an Iktomisaur in Genshin Impact or switching to a character from the Masters of the Night-Wind tribe, like Ororon. Hold the Normal Attack button to perform the scan.
After scanning the Graffiti, use the Elemental Skill button to place the object. In this case, the Nightspirit Grafitti will grant a floatie to trap the Flowcurrent Birds, which is why the Genshin Impact achievement is called Hoops Are Also Traps. The Hoops Are Also Traps achievement from Jonvelle is worth five Primogems.
Once all is set, speak to Jonvelle, and players will get a Precious Chest reward for their effort. Collecting these high-tier treasures is especially important if players are hunting the Purple Obsidian Fragment in Genshin Impact.
