Finding the best weapons for characters is as important as building their artifacts in Genshin Impact. Other than their Sub-stats and passives, weapons also increase a character’s Base ATK, which can’t be added in any other way but by leveling up your character. This stat is important for most characters, as long as they scale their utilities with ATK%.

In the case of Kachina, she doesn’t scale with ATK%, which makes finding her a weapon simple, until you learn she’s a Polearm user in Genshin Impact. For a Polearm user, Kachina suffers from her niche mechanics and scaling. There are not many Polearms that work with her since she scales with DEF% and can hardly deal any DMG outside of her Elemental Burst.
4 Rightful Reward

Rightful Reward is a very niche choice for Kachina in Genshin Impact. The 4-star Polearm offers a continuous amount of Energy regeneration as long as Kachina is being healed. This helps her frequently cast her Elemental Burst, but with no real threat as this weapon doesn’t have any kind of DMG buff to offer.
3 The Catch

- Sub-Stat: 45.9% Energy Recharge
- R5 Effect: Increases Elemental Burst DMG by 32% and Elemental Burst CRIT Rate by 12%.
The Catch is a strong weapon that can help Kachina deal a massive amount of DMG with her Elemental Burst. By buffing Kachina’s Elemental Burst DMG and its Crit Rate, Kachina is sure to be hurtful for enemies even if it wasn’t her role. Additionally, The Catch is a F2P weapon in Genshin Impact, which further improves its ranking as one of Kachina’s best weapons in Genshin Impact.
2 Favonius Lance
- Main Stat: 565 Base ATK
- Sub-Stat: 30.6% Energy Recharge
- R5 Effect: CRIT Hits have a 100% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 6s.
Favonius weapons in Genshin Impact have always been a strong choice for Supportive units. Their ability to generate particles and help regenerate a certain character’s Elemental Burst will always make them a strong contender to be used by Supports in the game. In the case of Kachina, she can have a lot of Crit Rate since her Supportive abilities don’t have any type of scaling with her stats, which means she’s open to having more Crit Rate for her DPS and 
Favonius Lance’s passive.
1 Footprint of the Rainbow

- Sub-Stat: 51.7% DEF
- R5 Effect: Using an Elemental Skill increases DEF by 32% for 15s.
Since Kachina’s DPS scales with her DEF%, it’s only fair a weapon like Footprint of the Rainbow can be her best Polearm in Genshin Impact. At R5, 
Kachina gains 32% extra DEF% from Footprint of the Rainbow when she uses her Elemental Skill on top of the whopping 51% DEF the weapons grants from its Sub-stat.
