The best way to take a character from an underwhelming position to an overpowered one in Genshin Impact, is to give them the right weapon. Giving units the best weapon that fits their kit will take their DMG or Supportive abilities to the next level.
In 
Keqing's case, it’s crucial to understand that she’s a fast hitter that doesn’t deal big numbers. Instead, she counts on multiple upon multiple of purple numbers chaotically appearing on a screen. For that, her weapon should match with her scaling and evolve her Genshin Impact combat value.
Updated March 16, 2023, by Nahda Nabiilah: Keqing has always been known as a multi-hitter, and that makes her great to trigger Elemental Reaction. Thanks to the existence of Dendro, Keqing's power increases significantly in a Quicken team, where she can reliably deal Aggravate DMG. Her base DMG is still mediocre, but the new Elemental Reaction is bound to make her pop some large numbers. For this playstyle, players can benefit from Elemental Mastery stat, so this list is expanded to include some more weapons, especially those with the aforementioned stat.
11 Toukabou Shigure
- Primary Stat: 510 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 165 Elemental Mastery
- R5 Effect: After an attack hits opponents, it will inflict an instance of Cursed Parasol upon one of them for 10s. This effect can be triggered once every 15s. If this opponent is defeated during Cursed Parasol's duration, Cursed Parasol's CD will be refreshed immediately. The character wielding this weapon will deal 32% more DMG to the opponent affected by Cursed Parasol.
Thanks to the release of Dendro reaction in Genshin Impact, Elemental Mastery weapons got their viability boosted. 
Toukabou Shigure is only good for Aggravate Keqing, but considering it's an F2P Sword, players can totally opt for it if there's no other option.
10 Kagotsurube Isshin
- Primary Stats: 510 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 41.3% ATK
- Effect: When a Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attack hits an opponent, it will whip up a Hewing Gale, dealing AoE DMG equal to 180% of ATK and increasing ATK by 15% for 8s. This effect can be triggered once every 8s.
Although there are no refinements for this sword, the Genshin Impact Kazuha's weapon, 
Kagotsurube Isshin can still carry some DMG when used with the right characters, like Keqing. It increases her ATK while dealing some additional damage at a fixed interval.
9 The Black Sword
- Primary Stats: 510 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 27.6% CRIT Rate
- R5 Effect: Increases DMG dealt by Normal and Charged Attacks by 40%. Additionally, regenerates 100% of ATK as HP when Normal and Charged Attacks score a CRIT Hit. This effect can occur once every 5s.
The Black Sword is a great overall weapon for most sword users. As Keqing relies on her Normal and Charged attacks to deal damage, this equipment brings a perfect passive. Pair this with the great Genshin Impact Crit Rate substat to get an all-rounder sword for Keqing.
8 Lion’s Roar
- Primary Stats: 510 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 41.3% ATK
- R5 Effect: Increases DMG against enemies affected by Pyro or Electro by 36%.
Lion's Roar is Keqing's best 4-star weapon in Genshin Impact. Since the sword's passive increases Keqing’s DMG on enemies affected by Electro, it’s only viable to use Lion’s Roar on Keqing when she’s in Electro-charge team compositions. It’s not recommended to match Pyro characters with Keqing since Electro and Pyro trigger the Overload reactions, which explode enemies away from Keqing’s reach and players will have to follow them around.
7 Harbinger of Dawn
- Primary Stat: 401 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 46.9% CRIT DMG
- R5 Effect: When HP is above 90%, increases CRIT Rate by 28%.
Harbinger of Dawn may be a 3-star weapon, but it's one of the best Swords thanks to its substat and passive. If Keqing can maintain its passive by having sufficient protection, this Sword performs almost as well as a piece of 5-star equipment.
6 Summit Shaper
- Primary Stats: 608 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 49.6% ATK
- Effect: Increases Shield Strength by 20%. Scoring hits on opponents increases ATK by 4% for 8s. Max 5 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.3s. While protected by a shield, this ATK increase effect is increased by 100%.
Just like the other weapons in this series, 
Summit Shaper’s effect can only be maximized when Keqing is shielded at all times. When she is, Keqing gets 40% extra ATK from Summit Shaper’s effect in addition to almost 50% ATK from the weapon substat. Summit Shaper also possesses a strong Base ATK that helps Keqing scale better with ATK%.
5 Light of Foliar Incision
- Primary Stat: 542 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 88.2% CRIT DMG
- Effect: CRIT Rate is increased by 4%. After Normal Attacks deal Elemental DMG, the Foliar Incision effect will be obtained, increasing DMG dealt by Normal Attacks and Elemental Skills by 120% of Elemental Mastery. This effect will disappear after 28 DMG instances or 12s. You can obtain Foliar Incision once every 12s.
Light of Foliar Incision may be designed as Alhaitham weapon in Genshin Impact, but it's still amazing for Keqing, especially in an Aggravate team. She can use Elemental Mastery Timepiece instead of ATK to further benefit from its passive.
4 Freedom-Sworn
- Primary Stat: 608 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 198 Elemental Mastery
- Effect: Increases DMG by 10%. When the character wielding this weapon triggers Elemental Reactions, they gain a Sigil of Rebellion. When you possess 2 Sigils of Rebellion, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain "Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance" for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance" increases Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG by 16~32% and increases ATK by 20~40%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Rebellion for 20s.
Freedom-Sworn is niche only for Aggravate Keqing. Due to the Sword having Elemental Mastery substat, it will increase the DMG of the Dendro + Electro reaction. Its passive will also be useful as she can benefit from it herself.
3 Haran Geppaku Futsu
- Primary Stats: 608 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 33.1% CRIT Rate
- Effect: Obtain 12% All Elemental DMG Bonus. When other nearby party members use Elemental Skills, the character equipping this weapon will gain 1 Wavespike stack. Max 2 stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 0.3s. When the character equipping this weapon uses an Elemental Skill, all stacks of Wavespike will be consumed to gain Rippling Upheaval: each stack of Wavespike consumed will increase Normal Attack DMG by 20% for 8s.
Haran Geppaku Futsu is the best weapon for Kamisato Ayato in Genshin Impact, but it's also viable for a main DPS Keqing. It has a great Crit Rate stat along with a universal Elemental DMG Bonus. Additionally, it further enhances Keqing's Normal Attack DMG for a tiny condition.
2 Primordial Jade Cutter
- Primary Stats: 542 Base ATK
- Secondary Stats: 44.1% CRIT Rate
- Effect: HP increased by 20%. Additionally, provides an ATK Bonus based on 1.2% of the wielder's Max HP.
Ever since its release, 
Primordial Jade Cutter remains as a top-tier sword in Genshin Impact. The sword grants a whopping 44% CRIT Rate to make it easy to build the wielding character. In that case, Keqing will fully benefit from the CRIT Rate bonus and ATK% granted by Primordial Jade Cutter’s effect.
