The first character to release in the Nod-Krai arc of Genshin Impact is Lauma, a Frostmoon Scion Priestess and a Dendro catalyst user. As a five-star, she'll be sought out by players hoping to add her to their team.

For those players, ascending Lauma will be of the utmost priority. Unfortunately, most of her materials can't be prefarmed before the Nod-Krai release, as they're exclusive to the wintery region. However, once players arrive there, they can start seeking out these items.

Lauma Leveling Materials

All Genshin Impact characters need the same amount of EXP to reach level 90, and quite a bit of Mora if this leveling is achieved with EXP materials.

Lauma Ascension Materials

As mentioned, most of Lauma's mats will be found exclusively in Nod-Krai. However, her ascension gem, Nagidus Emerald, is found all over the continent.

Where to Find All of Lauma's Materials

Gemstones - Where to Find Nagidus Emerald

One of the only materials for Lauma that can be found outside of Nod-Krai is her ascension gem, Nagadus Emerald. Used by all Dendro characters, it's actually pretty hard to find compared to other elements' gems. Only a few bosses can drop Nagadus Emerald, and with boss-farming being the best way to obtain it, it's a tough find. These bosses and trounce domains can drop Nagadus Emerald:

• Jadeplume Terrorshroom
• Dendro Hypostasis
• Gluttonous Yumkasaur Mountain King
• Radiant Moonfly
• The Guardian of Apep's Oasis (The Realm of New Beginnings)

The other methods of obtaining all elemental gems (Parametric Transformer conversions, Daily Commission rewards, etc) are all additional — though much more tedious and luck-based — methods. For all the ways to obtain Nagadus Emerald, check this guide:

Local Specialty - Where to Find Moonfall Silver

A regional item found only in Nod-Krai, Moonfall Silver is used in Lauma's ascension, fittingly with her moon theme. This special item is found on Hiisi Island. The Frostmoon Enclave and the Light-Bathed Platform are hotspots for Moonfall Silver, with a few dozen of them dotting the landscape in the area.

Boss Drop - How to Get Lightbearing Scale-Feather

Another item that can only be found in Nod-Krai is the Lightbearing Scale-Feather, which is dropped by the Radiant Moonfly. Lempo Isle's northern section is where this boss calls home. It's found in a cave near Blue Amber Lake.

Enemy Drop - Where to Find Fatui Oprichniki

A new common enemy introduced in this version is the Fatui Oprichniki soldiers. These units can drop Warrants, used in character and weapon ascension, including Lauma's. At higher levels, they can drop higher-level items, as shown here:

So far, these enemies can only be found in Nod-Krai.

Talent Books - Moonlight

The talent books from Nod-Krai are Moonlight, Elysium, and Vagrancy, found in the Lightless Capital domain on Lempo Isle. Lauma uses the Moonlight series. These books are available from the domain on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

Trounce Materials - Eroded Scale-Feather

Another item that can be found outside of Nod-Krai is Lauma's trounce material for her talent upgrades: The Eroded Scale-Feather. This item is only obtainable by defeating the Eroded Lord of Primal Fire, inside the Stone Stele Records trounce domain. This domain is unlocked during the Natlan Archon Quest, but, for players who aren't that far in the game, it can be challenged solo in the Quick Challenge mode. This is unlocked at AR 40.
