Genshin Impact is showing off seven new weapons players will be able to acquire throughout the Version 6.0 update, including the newest five-star Weapon and a multitude of craftable weapons. The massively popular RPG from HoYoverse is gearing up to drop its biggest update of the year in just a couple of days, kicking off its newest regional cycle. Nod-Krai's debut will serve as the first exploreable segment of Genshin Impact's long-rumored Snezhnaya region, with lots of changes expected to arrive during the patch. Now, a suite of new weapons are set to arrive alongside the update.
Genshin Impact's new regions typically come with a wide variety of different weapons for players to pick up throughout its launch updates. Each new five-star character comes with their own signature weapon catered to that character's specific playstyle, with Nod-Krai set to welcome one new five-star character in Lauma. New regions also come with their own set of craftable Weapons through the Blacksmith, often featuring special effects geared around a region's particular gimmick. Genshin Impact is now getting ready to roll out seven new Weapons in Version 6.0.
Genshin Impact Confirms All Banner Characters for Version 6.0
Genshin Impact reveals the full lineup of banner characters coming in Version 6.0, including all 4-Stars, as well as when to expect them.
Genshin Impact officially shared a lineup of seven new weapons set to arrive to the HoYoverse RPG during the Version 6.0 patch. The Nod-Krai launch update will introduce one new five-star weapon, with "Nightweaver's Looking Glass" boosting Elemental Mastery and damage when triggering the new "Lunar-Bloom" Elemental Reaction. The array of five craftable weapons coming with Nod-Krai will all similarly benefit Elemental Reactions, focused on increasing Elemental Mastery and Reaction damage. Version 6.0 will also add one event-exclusive weapon, with "Etherlight Spindlelute" given out as a reward through the "Clink Clank Clash" event.

Nightweaver's Looking Glass (Five-star Catalyst)
- 542 Base ATK
- 265 Elemental Mastery
- When the equipping character's Elemental Skill deals Hydro or Dendro DMG, they will gain Prayer of the Far North: Elemental Mastery is increased by 60 for 4.5s.
- When nearby party members trigger Lunar-Bloom reactions, the equipping character gains New Moon Verse: Elemental Mastery is increased by 60 for 10s.
- When both Prayer of the Far North and New Moon Verse are in effect, all nearby party members' Bloom DMG is increased by 80%, and their Lunar-Bloom DMG is increased by 40%. This effect cannot stack. The aforementioned effects can be triggered even if the equipping character is off-field.
Serenity's Call (Four-star Sword)
- Base ATK: 454
- Energy Recharge: 61.3%
- Upon causing an Elemental Reaction, increases Max HP by 16% for 12s. Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: Max HP from this effect is further increased by 16%. This effect can be triggered even if the equipping character is off-field.
Etherlight Spindlelute (Four-star Catalyst)
- Base ATK: 510
- Energy Recharge: 45.9%
- For 20s after using an Elemental Skill, the equipping character's Elemental Mastery is increased by 100.
Blackmarrow Lantern (Four-star Catalyst)
- Base ATK: 454
- Elemental Mastery: 221
- Bloom DMG is increased by 48%, and Lunar-Bloom DMG is increased by 12%. Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: Lunar-Bloom DMG is increased by an additional 12%.
Snare Hook (Four-star Bow)
- Base ATK: 454
- Energy Recharge: 61.3%
- Upon causing an Elemental Reaction, increases Elemental Mastery by 60 for 12s. Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: Elemental Mastery from this effect is further increased by 60. This effect can be triggered even if the equipping character is off-field.
Master Key (Claymore)
- Base ATK: 454
- Energy Recharge: 61.3%
- Upon causing an Elemental Reaction, increases Elemental Mastery by 60 for 12s. Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: Elemental Mastery from this effect is further increased by 60. This effect can be triggered even if the equipping character is off-field.
Prospector's Shovel (Polearm)
- Base ATK: 510
- ATK: 41.3%
- Electro-Charged DMG is increased by 48%, and Lunar-Charged DMG is increased by 12%. Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: Lunar-Charged DMG is increased by an additional 12%
The array of new Weapons coming to Genshin Impact looks to be putting a major focus on the new "Lunar" Elemental Reactions coming with Nod-Krai. HoYoverse first teased the new type of Reactions with Version 5.8 five-star character Ineffa, adding Lunar-Charged as an alternate Elemental Reaction to Electro-Charged. Lauma will bring the next new Lunar reaction with her introduction in Version 6.0, changing the Hydro-Dendro Bloom reactions out for the new Lunar Bloom Elemental Reaction. Version 6.0 of Genshin Impact will release later this week on September 10.
New weapons are far from the only new content coming to Genshin Impact with the release of the Nod-Krai region. HoYoverse will introduce a brand-new iteration of the game's Battle Pass with Version 6.0, adding new rewards to the Battle Pass including Local Specialties and Dust of Enlightenment among others. The developer has also teased a brand new type of game mode coming during the Nod-Krai cycle, with the addition of Miliastra Wonderland bringing Genshin Impact's first permanent user-generated content. Genshin Impact fans should have plenty to be excited about with Nod-Krai's launch on the horizon.
