Genshin Impact has a lot of four-stars that, over time, may have been put on the back-burner or forgotten. But Genshin Impact's Noelle doesn't need to collect dust -- she can be as good as Arataki Itto in some circumstances. She's a solid DPS, though a greedy one (meaning, a DPS who requires all talent level-ups and needs a lot of on-field time.) As a unit who scales off DEF, it's important to get her all the way to 90 so that her base DEF gets as high as it needs to.
When leveling up Genshin Impact's Noelle, it's important to note that each skill needs to be leveled up. Her burst damage isn't actually "burst" damage; after the first two strikes from her burst, everything else is a buffed normal attack. Therefore, those two need to be leveled up first, but do not ignore her elemental skill. This is where her healing will come from, and in order to better sustain herself, she'll want that skill leveled.

Noelle's Build
Noelle's artifact sets can be very flexible. There are certain stats she needs, but there is still a wide arrangement of artifacts that can work for her. She'll want things like DEF, of course, but Crit stats, ATK, and some Energy Recharge (depending on her teammates) are all good things to strive for as well. The more balanced she is and the better her Crit ratio, the better she is overall. The best artifact sets for her are:

- 4pc Gladiators Finale

Noelle's Weapons
Much like her artifact sets, her weapons are also highly flexible. From craftables, to four-stars, to five-stars, Genshin Impact's Noelle's weapons can vary a lot depending on what the player has available. Keeping in mind the previously mentioned stats she'll need (DEF, ER, etc.), players should carefully consider their available resources before selecting a weapon. Some of Noelle's best weapons are:
- Redhorn Stonethresher (five-star, Arataki Itto's signature)
- Whiteblind (four-star, craftable)
- Serpent Spine (four-star, battlepass, and at R5 can be better than Whiteblind)
- Skyward Spine (five-star, standard, gacha)
Noelle's Team Comps
It's important to remember that Noelle is a DPS. She has support capabilities with the healing from her skill, but she is still intended for DPS. Her teammates need to be those who can add their own damage into the mix or buff Noelle's. Genshin Impact's Noelle's teams can vary, though, and can be free-to-play friendly, so there is no need for concern. Some good teammates for her are:
- Gorou (support, unlocks Geo resonance)
- Raiden Shogun (sub-DPS)
- Yelan/Xingqiu (sub-DPSs)
- Yun Jin (support, unlocks Geo resonance)
Noelle's Constellations
As a four-star, it is likely players have naturally gotten a few of Genshin Impact's Noelle's constellations by now. After all, including her banner at the start of every account, she's been featured on 10 total banners so far. It's highly unlikely, though not impossible, that players at least have her C1. Which is a good one to have, since it removes the RNG of her healing and lets her heal 100% of the time so long as her skill and burst are active at the same time. Her C4 is also valuable, as when her shield breaks, it does 400% of her ATK as Geo DMG. Finally, another important constellation is her sixth, which buffs the DEF to ATK ratio she has and removes ER needs. That's because each time an enemy is defeated in her burst, it grants 1 more second up to 10 times so that the burst can usually have 100% uptime.
