Rusty Rudder Location & Quiz Reward
The Rusty Rudder is located east of the Foggy Forest Path in Genshin Impact. Head up the shipwreck to find Permingeat and talk to her to start The Rusty Rudder quiz.
After answering all three quizzes correctly, the cannon can now be used. Don’t aim the artillery as it’s already pointing in the correct direction and simply shoot the Hydro bullet.
Once the cave opens, claim the Exquisite Chest that contains 20,000 
Mora. Don’t forget to also unlock the brand new Teleport Waypoint. Head deeper inside and players will find some Crystalflies in Genshin Impact.
Deep in the cave, Travelers can collect one 
Hydroculus before approaching some Hydro Slimes and beating them to open the Common Chest. The treasure contains two 
Primogems, one 
Hydro Sigil, and a hidden Seelie.
Continue walking, and people will notice a sealed Luxurious Chest underwater. To open it, players must bring back three Seelies into their respective Seelie Courts. The first one was the one hidden inside the Common Chest, while the other two will come home after Travelers solve the nearby Dew Bubble puzzle in Genshin Impact.
To solve the Harmonious Reed Pipe’s Bubble puzzle, simply hit the Bubble when the two moving platforms are close to each other. This will ensure the ripples hit each other; make sure to hit the Bubble near the one-symbol Pipe first.
Using a bow’s aimed shot is the easiest way to pop the Bubble.
Once the puzzle is completed, use the Humongous Hat Jellyfish to reach the further Seelie. Don’t forget to claim the Hydroculus in the nearby puddle, then bring back the two Seelie into their court to unlock the Luxurious Chest.
Open the Luxurious Chest to get 10 Primogems and four Hydro Sigils, then break the rock underwater and follow the current to the end of the cave. At the end of the hidden passage, a Remarkable Chest that contains a Standard Shipping Pallet furnishing blueprint and five Genshin Impact Primogems awaits.
