Raiden Shogun Best Artifact In Genshin Impact
Raiden Shogun’s main source of DMG is through her Elemental Burst, so it’s always good to maximize this ability. Players can build Raiden Shogun with 4pc of Emblem of Severed Fate, as this artifact set is the best-in-slot. It can surpass the DMG bonuses of any other artifact set in Genshin Impact. The 2pc bonus is substantial for Raiden Shogun since it gives Energy Recharge, while the 4pc bonus gives her a boost to her Elemental Burst. For her main stats, prioritize building Raiden Shogun with Energy Recharge on Timepiece and Sub-stats. It’s essential to build around 200% Energy Recharge because she heavily scales with it. On Goblet, Electro DMG or ATK% are viable choices. Finally, Crit Rate or DMG on Circlet is a must to maximize her DMG.

Not only does Raiden hit her hardest when wielding Engulfing Lightning, but she also effortlessly casts her Elemental Burst more often.

For 5-star replacements, players can build Raiden Shogun with Staff of Homa, Primordial Jade Winged-Spear, and Calamity Queller. While they don’t provide any Energy Recharge, they do build her ATK% and Crit value to make it easier to build her artifacts on Energy Recharge.
For 4-star weapons, Wavebreaker's Fin and The Catch are the best Polearms for Raiden Shogun. These weapons enhance Raiden’s Burst DMG through her Ultimate and fully work with her kit, especially on R5.
Raiden Shogun Talent Priority In Genshin Impact
Raiden Shogun's talent priority in Genshin Impact is easily Elemental Burst > Elemental Skill. Her Normal Attack provides nothing since she uses Burst multiplier on her Mussou Isshin state. On an Elemental Mastery/Hyperbloom team, Raiden Shogun should be upgraded to level 90 as Hyperbloom DMG scales with the trigger’s level.
