The Seabird at Noon Achievement in Genshin Impact is related to a hidden quest. As Travelers approach the table stacked with fish on the small island southeast of the People of the Springs, Pania will tell her genius plan to players.
After the brief conversation, Travelers must boop the Flowcurrent Birds to shore so they can eat the fish and clear the water for Iwai and Pania to play. After the little Genshin Impact Saurian and Pania enjoy the cool water, they will give players a Precious chest as a token of their gratitude.

Flowcurrent Bird In Genshin Impact
Flowcurrent Birds are a bird species that occupies the lands of Natlan in Genshin Impact. They're blue in color and take the shape of a thin-necked bottle; their inability to fly makes them penguin-like. It is known to have thick skin and sturdy flesh, proven by the locals who tried to boop them into the air.
These unique birds are often found leisurely floating in the water in groups. They're known for their laid-back and friendly nature toward other creatures. Even though the People of the Springs are quite fond of them and let their children near them, Pania and Iwai prefer to boop them out of the water so they can play.
