Genshin Impact has revealed the full lineup for the second half of Version 5.8, as Bennett, Ororon, and Ifa will accompany Mualani and Chasca on the Event Banners. As the Natlan era comes to a close in Genshin Impact, the Event Banners will feature some very important reruns. With Mualani and Chasca appearing in the second half of Version 5.8, the only Natlan 5-Star to not feature after her debut banner will be Varesa, recently introduced in Version 5.5.
Nod-Krai is on the horizon, with characters such as Aino, Lauma, and Flins coming to Genshin Impact. While they will no doubt be fine additions to the playable cast, both Chasca and Mualani are valuable hypercarries in their own right. Whereas Chasca is favored for her flexibility when it comes to team compositions, Mualani is beloved among those who prefer big, front-loaded numbers.
Genshin Impact Leaks 4-Star Banner Characters for Version 6.0
Recent information from the Genshin Impact beta reveals which 4-Star characters will accompany Flins and Lauma on the banners in Version 6.0.
Genshin Impact: Second Half Banner Characters in Version 5.8
- Mualani – 5-Star Hydro Catalyst
- Chasca – 5-Star Anemo Bow
- Bennett – 4-Star Pyro Sword
- Ororon – 4-Star Electro Bow
- Ifa – 4-Star Anemo Catalyst
As revealed by Genshin Impact across social media, Mualani and Chasca will be accompanied by the following 4-Stars: Bennett, Ororon, and Ifa. In terms of value, players will no doubt be thrilled by what Ororon and Bennett bring to the table. Bennett has consistently been one of the best 4-Star characters in Genshin Impact, while Ororon continues to benefit in the meta as an Electro-Charged Support. Lastly, Ifa provides a niche as a dedicated driver for Electro-Charged teams, and has gained a new upgrade with the release of Ineffa in Version 5.8.
The Event Banners for the second half will run from August 19, 2025, until September 10, 2025. It will be the last set of banners until Nod-Krai, as Version 6.0 will kick off with Lauma and either Nahida or Yelan in the first half. What makes Lauma in Genshin Impact such an exciting character is two things: Lunar-Bloom being a terrific source of Dendro damage, and the fact that she is the first Dendro Support since Emilie in Version 4.8.
For those who may be interested in the Event Banners of both updates, they will be able to collect a significant number of Primogems in Genshin Impact during Version 5.8 and Version 6.0. One thing to keep in mind for Nod-Krai is that it may take time for premium teams to emerge. Conversely, the Natlan cast is a known quantity, with its place in the meta already determined. If fans enjoy the playstyles of Chasca or Mualani, there will always be value in pulling for them.
