Every region in Genshin Impact has 10 Shrine of Depths on the land. These buildings are enclosed by a seal of the ancient civilization, waiting for someone to unseal it and unearth the legacy left behind. Typically, players can get Shrine of Depths Keys by leveling up the Statue of the Seven or leveling up the nation's offering system, but there are also other methods, like how in Mondstadt players get Shrine of Depths Keys from quests and the Adventurer Handbook.
When the Nation of War was released in version 5.0, there were only four Shrine of Depths in Genshin Impact Natlan. Then, in version 5.2, two more are added.

Updated on March 27, 2025, by Nahda Nabiilah: Thanks to version 5.5, players can now unlock the remaining two Shrines of Depths in Genshin Impact. Atocpan is a volcanic island that will erupt occasionally and may cause damage to players. Navigating the area could be a bit difficult, so try to explore while using characters that facilitate the process. Unlocking the shrines rewards players with a luxurious chest, which may contain a Sunset-Blue Obsidian Fragment.
Natlan Shrine of Depths Locations In Genshin Impact
In Genshin Impact 5.5, Natlan hosts eight Shrine of Depths in the nation. This means there are still two more Shrines to complete the 10 Shrines in each region. Players can expect more Genshin Impact Shrine of Depths locations in the future Natlan expansion.
Natlan Shrine of Depths #1 & #2
The first two Shrine of Depths in Genshin Impact Natlan are located near each other. Here's how players can reach them:
- Teleport to Huitztli Hill southwestern Waypoint (not underground), then keep walking south.
- Head to the Waypoint right next to the text "Sulfurous Veins," then go south.
Natlan Shrine of Depths #3
For the third Natlan Shrine of Depth, use the Talent material domain in Genshin Impact, then go northeast, up the cliff.
Natlan Shrine of Depths #4
The fourth Natlan Shrine of Depths can be found by either going to the People of the Springs Statue of the Seven and then walking southwest; or by using the southern People of the Springs Waypoint, then going north, crossing the water.
Natlan Shrine of Depths #5 & #6
Next, go to the Waypoint north of the Flower-Feather Clan, indwell a Qucusaurus, then fly north; or warp to the Statue of the Seven in Ochkanatlan then head east. The fifth Shrine of Depths is down by the shore.
Afterward, warp to the Waypoint on the western shore of Ochkanatlan and go southwest past the Tenebrous Mimiflora Ruin Guards in Genshin Impact.
Natlan Shrine of Depths #7
Fast-travel to the waypoint located southwest of the Remnants of Tetenanco and head west. Climb the hill to find the Shrine of Depths.
Natlan Shrine of Depths #8
From the teleport waypoint found northwest of Atocpan, travel west towards the sea to find a Shrine of Depths.
