Dendro Elemental Reactions in Genshin Impact were eagerly awaited with the hope that they'll be the savior of Electro. While this doesn’t really come true, Dendro does increase the value of some Electro characters thanks to their Elemental Reaction. Electro is also the best Element to pair with Dendro, so the thunder units will certainly be used more often in the future.
Other than Electro, Dendro elemental reaction in Genshin Impact also create some unique results when paired with Hydro and Pyro. Players who are seeking Tighnari’s best team composition in Genshin Impact can read this article for a few references and ideas.

Tighnari +
Kaedehara Kazuha +
Yae Miko +
Kuki Shinobu
The Tighnari Quicken team in Genshin Impact can either be done with one Dendro unit or two of them. For this first Tighnari team composition, he’ll be the only Dendro unit in the party. Kaedehara Kazuha is present to buff Yae Miko and triggers some Aggravate himself. Meanwhile, the last slot is ideally a healer or a shielder like Kuki Shinobu or Zhongli, but another Electro user like Fischl is viable as well.
Team Roles
- Tighnari: Sub-DPS
- Kaedehara Kazuha: Sub-DPS, buffer
- Yae Miko: Sub-DPS
- Kuki Shinobu: Healer, buffer (with Tenacity of the Millelith or Instructor)

Tighnari +
Collei +
Yae Miko +
Venti
This version of the Quicken team runs with two Dendro and no healer. This may be dangerous against larger enemies, but Venti should be able to Crowd Control smaller enemies, making it a safer run. In this team, Collei should use the Deepwood Memories artifact to let Tighnari deal higher damage. Meanwhile, Venti should use Viridescent Venerer to enhance Yae Miko’s damage and his own Electro Swirl damage.
Yae Miko can be replaced by other Electro units like Fischl, while Venti can be replaced with other Genshin Impact Anemo characters like Kaedehara Kazuha or Sucrose.
Team Roles
- Tighnari: Sub-DPS
- Collei: Debuffer
- Yae Miko: Sub-DPS
- Venti: Debuffer

Tighnari + Dendro MC +
Raiden Shogun +
Zhongli
The Dendro MC is better suited with Raiden Shogun because of their demanding 80 Energy requirement. Quicken debuff stays with the enemy for around eight seconds, so Raiden Shogun can easily trigger Aggravate during her Burst without the need for Dendro reapplication. The duration of her Musou Isshin also fits great with Tighnari’s Elemental Skill cooldown, which can provide a smooth rotation.
For the last slot, players can either use a dedicated healer like Kuki Shinobu, a buffer like Bennett, or a shielder like Zhongli. Kujou Sara is also viable as a buffer, but the team will be lacking protection.
Team Roles
- Tighnari: Sub-DPS
- Dendro MC: Dendro enabler, buffer (with Instructor), debuffer (with Deepwood Memories)
- Raiden Shogun: Sub-DPS, battery
- Zhongli: Shielder, debuffer, buffer (with Tenacity of the Millelith)

Tighnari +
Venti +
Yae Miko +
Sangonomiya Kokomi
The Quicken debuff is a rather fragile Elemental Reaction in Genshin Impact. This is because if the enemy comes into contact with Hydro or Pyro, their Quicken status will be removed, which means players won’t get to trigger Aggravate or Spread without reapplying the debuff.
Luckily, if the Quicken debuff comes in contact with Hydro, it doesn’t get removed immediately, giving a small space for Aggravate and Spread to trigger. This is the main idea of this team composition.
The rotation should start with Yae Miko placing her Fox Turrets, then Venti to Swirl Electro in his Elemental Burst. Then, use Sangonomiya Kokomi to apply Hydro, and finally, bring Tighnari in, use his Elemental Skill then Burst. This will cause Venti’s Burst to show plenty of words, including Swirl, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Electro-Charged, Bloom, and Hyperbloom all at the same time.
Team Roles
- Tighnari: Sub-DPS
- Venti: Sub-DPS, debuffer, battery
- Yae Miko: Sub-DPS
-
Sangonomiya Kokomi: Healer, buffer (with
Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers
and/or Tenacity of the Millelith)

Tighnari +
Fischl +
Keqing +
Zhongli
This Tighnari team composition in Genshin Impact focuses on Keqing as the driver. Tighnari will do his normal work of being a quick-swap unit, Fischl will provide constant Electro DMG, while Keqing will take most of the field time.
Each time Keqing triggers Aggravate, Oz will trigger Fischl’s fourth Ascension passive, dealing 80% of Fischl’s ATK as Electro DMG. This effect can also trigger Aggravate, further enhancing the damage.
Additionally, if players have Fischl’s sixth Constellation in Genshin Impact, Oz will perform a joint attack with Keqing’s Normal Attack, dealing 30% of Fischl’s ATK as Electro DMG. Of course, the C6 effect can also trigger Aggravate, although it has a unique Internal Cooldown of 5s/4 hits instead of 2.5s/3 hits.
Meanwhile, Zhongli exists to protect the team. Of course, he can be replaced by another support or sub-DPS if desired.
Team Roles
- Tighnari: Sub-DPS
- Fischl: Sub-DPS
- Keqing: Main DPS
- Zhongli: Shielder, debuffer, buffer (with Tenacity of the Millelith)

Tighnari +
Bennett +
Yae Miko +
Raiden Shogun
This Tighnari team composition in Genshin Impact focuses more on dealing damage rather than Elemental Reactions. Note that players should be careful when casting Bennett’s Burst as Pyro will remove the Quicken debuff quickly. Players can replace Bennett with Kujou Sara as well, but it’ll cause the team to lack protection. On the other hand, Yae Miko and Raiden are already a strong pair in Genshin Impact, and they can drive the team’s damage with small field time.
Team Roles
- Tighnari: Sub-DPS
- Bennett: Buffer, healer
- Yae Miko: Sub-DPS
- Raiden Shogun: Sub-DPS, battery
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
