Genshin Impact has officially revealed the banner characters for Version 5.4, as Mizuki, Sigewinne, Furina, and Wriothesley will be featured on the Event Banners for the duration of the patch. While Yumemizuki Mizuki is expected to be the sole star of the update, Version 5.4 has some important reruns for the cast of Fontaine. As one of the best Support characters in Genshin Impact, Furina is expected to draw plenty of interest – especially from newcomers who only recently started their journey in Teyvat.
On the other hand, Mizuki in Genshin Impact is expected to be a 5-Star version of Sucrose, where she thrives in Taser teams, but also has healing as part of her ability kit. She is a psychologist and a tapir yokai who helps soothe the nightmares and traumas of her patients in the Aisa Bathhouse. Mizuki has ties to both Natlan and Sumeru, and has traveled the world to perfect her craft. Players will be able to find out more about Mizuki in her Story Quest in Version 5.4, but also in the Flagship Event of the patch.

Genshin Impact highlights the major features of Version 5.4, which include a festival in Inazuma and a new Standard Banner character from the region.
The official Genshin Impact account on Reddit shared the Event Banners for Version 5.4, and while the lineup isn't a surprise to players who have been up-to-date with leaks, the order of characters came as a surprise to most. Notably, Wriothesley will feature with Furina in the second half, while Mizuki will be accompanied by Sigewinne instead. This specific order is a boon to fans of Wriothesley in Genshin Impact, but may come at the expense of players who wanted to pull for Mizuki's exclusive Signature Weapon, as Sigewinne's Silvershower Heartstrings is considered rather niche.

In terms of which 4-Star characters to expect, Version 5.4 is rumored to have Chongyun, Sayu, Gorou, and Mika. Furthermore, Furina in Genshin Impact has valuable Constellations, which makes the Hydro Archon an enticing pull even for players who already have her on their account.
Yumemizuki Mizuku will return to the Standard Banner in Genshin Impact in Version 5.6, which means that players who choose to skip her Llimited Banner in Version 5.4 will need to wait until May 7, 2025, for a chance to obtain her. Another notable thing about Version 5.4 is that Wriothesley is finally leaving the Fortress of Meropide after being absent on the Event Banners since Version 4.1. For players interested in the Cryo playstyle, Wriothesley provides a modern take and his damage packs a punch. Version 5.4 is set to launch on February 12, 2025.
