As the first playable Genshin Impact character with a catalyst and a Cryo Vision, 
Wriothesley is a fascinating man. He serves as the Administrator of the Fortress of Meropide, the main prison of Fontaine.
Sort of a melee character like Heizou, Wriothesley uses his catalyst in an interesting way, and can make for a cool playstyle on many teams. To ascend him and upgrade his talents, he'll need all the items listed in this guide.

Enemy Drop - Where to Find Clockwork Meka Gears
Clockwork Meka enemies come in many forms, and can be found almost anywhere in Fontaine. However, they are found in higher quantities in certain places. Check our guide here for farming routes.

Clockwork Meka are robots of Genshin Impact Fontaine that typically guard the citizens, but there are also people who use them for no good.
Boss Drop - How to Get "Tourbillon Device"
The "Tourbillon Device" item is the boss drop used in Wriothesley's ascension. It can only be obtained by defeating the Prototype Cal. Breguet, also known as the Experimental Field Generator. This boss, which was invented to lift the Court of Fontaine into the sky, is found in the ruins of the Fontaine Research Institute, specifically in the former Academic Assembly Hall.

Local Specialty - Subdetection Unit Locations
These weird robotic beetles are also an invention of the Fontaine Research Institute. There are over 60 of these flying around the Fontaine Research Institute and its surrounding area, most of them being on the area marked "New Fontaine Research Institute" on the in-game map.
