Ghost of Tsushima  is one the last major PS4 exclusive before the PS5 launches this holiday season, and it looks like it will be a big deal for fans of the platform. However, the size of Ghost of Tsushima  has fans wondering if they can miss trophies, halting progress towards the ultimate goal of earning the Platinum trophy.

With Ghost of Tsushima  being packed with Easter eggs and places to explore, it stands to reason that fans may be able to miss some of the game's trophies, getting stuck and having to repeat segments of the game. However, Ghost of Tsushima  lets players earn all trophies after the story is completed in free roam, meaning that Ghost of Tsushima  does not feature missable trophies.

The game has a total of 52 trophies including the Platinum, with none requiring an online connection to complete, which has been a problem some PlayStation exclusives in the past, sometimes requiring players to dive into multiplayer matches to earn them all. That being said, Ghost of Tsushima  doesn't feature an online mode. Additionally, a player's difficulty setting will not affect the ability to earn trophies, so if a player wants to do their playthrough on the easiest difficulty, it won't halt progress.

This means that the Platinum for Ghost of Tsushima  won't necessarily be difficult to complete, but it may be a bit time consuming, with estimates between 40-50 hours to earn the game's Platinum. That's a decent length, even for an open-world game, so fans should have a fair bit to do.

Ghost of Tsushima  reviews have been fairly positive thus far, though some have criticized it as being a bit too familiar of an open-world game. That hasn't cut back excitement for many, though, with the game being what many imagined as an Assassin's Creed  game set in feudal Japan would be like.

Gamers will, of course, need to pass their own judgment on the game, but at least they can rest assured that their progress won't be hindered by fickle trophies. Fans have a lot to look forward to later this year, with plenty of other anticipated video games on the horizon, and Ghost of Tsushima  is just one of the major ones.

Ghost of Tsushima  releases July 17 for PS4.
