In the cyberpunk world of Ghostrunner 2, players are not only challenged by intense combat and parkour sequences but also have the opportunity to collect various items scattered throughout the game. Artifacts are one of the many collectibles that players can find in Ghostrunner 2.
Unfortunately, most artifacts are pretty easy to miss as they are usually located in hidden places. Read on to learn where to find all collectibles in Ghostrunner 2.
Where to Find All Collectibles in Ghostrunner 2
Chapter 1
In the first chapter of Ghostrunner 2, Uninvited Guests, players can find five artifacts. After players execute the ‘parry’ action for the first time, they can enter the ventilation shaft and follow the main route to get the first artifact, Recruitment Flier. The second artifact is the Energy Drink can be found in the container room where it is easily noticeable atop one of the containers. Players will find stacked containers in the same area. To the left of these containers, there is a crate with Alternate Currencies.
In the later stage of this chapter, players will come across a room with a vibrant sign above. Don’t enter this room- instead, players need to go right to the area where they can slide. After sliding, walk on the left wall to access the elevated platform and collect Tarot Cards in the ventilation shaft. The last artifact, Grilled Rat Meat, is near the Challenge Terminal next to the containers.
Chapter 4:
In this chapter, gamers will find three artifacts. In the lobby area, players should look for a boost pad on their left. Get to the top of the building by activating this pad and run along the billboard. Next, players will have to navigate through a ventilation shaft to get the Video Tape.
Players will need to make their way to the second terminal in order to get their hands on the next artifact, i.e., Ghostrunner Miniature. This can be achieved by using the boost pad to reach the rooftop once more, but this time, go left to deactivate the laser barrier. Following this, proceed along the main path and bypass the locked door by using Shuriken. After eliminating enemies, proceed by dashing through lasers to acquire the Ghostrunner Miniature.
To obtain the DIY Toy, players will have to hack the second terminal and pop balloons using the Shuriken ability. After that, players will reach the third terminal where they will have to fight enemies and navigate between walls. It is at this point that players will spot the DIY Toy.
Chapter 5:
The next artifact can be found in the ‘Behind the Curtain’ chapter. In this chapter, players will get access to the Phantom ability, which they can use to create a duplicate of Jack to divert the attention of enemies. Players can get the Mask of the Arcane Sacrifice by putting Phantom right before the light beam.
Chapter 7:
In this chapter, players will learn how to use Shuriken to make grapple points. After learning this, players will reach a battle arena. After dealing with enemies, players will reach an alleyway, where they will find Holotat next to a big, glowing door.
After obtaining Holotat, players will need to turn around, and they will spot a box. Hit this box with Shuriken and pass through the door to acquire the EMP Grenade.
Chapter 8
After clearing some enemies, players can continue their journey on the main path until they come across a shielded enemy. However, before dealing with him, players should turn to their left and navigate through walls to locate Electric Handcuffs.
Chapter 10
As players progress through the ‘Winds of the Desolate’ level, they will arrive at a tower containing some arenas. After clearing the last arena, use Shuriken to activate the boost pad. Gamers should keep following this path and go down the stairs, where they will find the Weathered Ring lying next to a gate.
Deeper into the level, players will be instructed to use Shuriken to create a grapple point. At this point, go left and activate the boost pad. This will propel players upwards, where they can collect Dynamo Lighter.
Ghostrunner 2: Tips and Tricks for Beginners
The Ghostrunner 2 gameplay isn’t for the faint of heart and demands a lot of practice. Here are some handy tips for beginners.
Chapter 11
Players can find three artifacts in Pillar of Creation. To get the underwear, begin by investigating three towers and then go to the west tower. As gamers approach this tower, they will come across a giant snake-like thing. Once found, look around to find the underwear.
To collect the Environmental Suit, players can start by returning to the initial starting point and then head in the direction of the North Tower. Next, they will reach an area where they will see many destroyed buildings. Once there, enter the garage area by using Tempest to get the artifact.
Now, players should travel to the East Tower, where they will come across a group of enemies. After dealing with them, players can use Shuriken to release the crate. Here, they will see a bounce pad that they can use to get the 17th artifact, i.e., Survival Rations.
Chapter 14:
The ‘Can You Hear Me’ chapter mainly revolves around going back to Dharma Tower. During this ride, players will need to jump off their bike after passing through the second door to obtain explosives.
Chapter 16:
To get their hands on Water Ratio Token, players will have to freeze the first wheel in the Elevator Maintenance chapter and navigate through several arenas until they regain the freeze ability. Once players regain this ability, they can freeze the first wheel, go left by using the updraft, freeze another wheel, and proceed to pick up the Water Ratio Token.
Chapter 17
After unlocking the wingsuit and trying it, players will reach a square room containing fans, propelling them upwards. Eliminate all the enemies in the area and use another fan to reach the top of the arena to get the Grappling Hook.
Chapter 18
The last artifact can be found in the last level of Ghostrunner 2, The Monolith of Humanity. Shortly after obtaining the Grappling Hook, players will enter another room containing fans where they will have to fight a horde of enemies. After dealing with them, players will need to use their wingsuit, which will lead them to a new path where they will find pills.
