GOG has launched another major sale, offering deep discounts on over 1,000 classic PC games, including many universally beloved titles. GOG's ongoing promotion will run until late April 2025.
Roughly four years after launching, Good Old Games rebranded to simply GOG in 2012. While many years have passed since the name change, good old games are still very much a priority for GOG.
Epic Games Store Is Giving Away $100 Worth of Content on April 17
Epic Games Store reveals $100 worth of content that will be available to users starting April 17, while launching 3 other freebies in the meantime.
In a continuation of this trend, GOG has launched yet another generous sale catering to PC gamers on April 10. Simply called GOG Classics Promo, the initiative introduced steep price cuts on over 1,000 titles spanning approximately three decades. Standout deals include discounts of up to 86% off on F.E.A.R. Platinum and nine other timeless games like Thief: Gold—the content-complete edition of Thief: The Dark Project. Theme Hospital, Mortal Kombat 1+2+3, SimCity 2000 Special Edition, and Alone in the Dark Trilogy have been discounted by 75% thanks to the ongoing promotion, whereas Worms: Armageddon and Worms W.M.D are currently available at 80% and 85% off, respectively.

The recently launched sale also saw GOG discount the Ultimate Edition of Dragon Age: Origins by 70%, bringing the price down to just $5.99. It's a compelling deal for any fan of the genre who has yet to experience the 2009 game, which is still widely regarded as one of the most complex and well-realized BioWare games to date.
Almost the entire Fallout franchise has been discounted as part of the Classics Promo Sale, with discounts ranging from 60% off for Fallout 4 to 75% off for the isometric entries in the series. The only exception is Fallout 76, but only because Bethesda's live-service spin-off never launched on GOG. Other notable offers currently on offer include 67% off on The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Anniversary Edition, 85% off on Deus Ex:Human Revolution - Director's Cut and 77% off on the evergreen experience that is Ultimate 7: The Complete Edition. Ditto for SimCity 3000 Unlimited, SWAT 4: Gold Edition, and Theme Park, all of which can currently be picked up at 75% off. The same discount presently extends to Disco Elysium, one of the highest-rated games of the 21st century.
GOG's newly launched promotion is scheduled to run for two more weeks, concluding on April 25. All games featured in the promotion are DRM-free and compatible with modern PC rigs, staying true to GOG’s original mission of making classic titles more readily accessible to modern audiences.
