It has been well over a month since Rockstar Games shocked the world and released the second trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 and a boatload of new screenshots, but fans are still discovering some incredible visual details after all this time. Grand Theft Auto 6 is still a little under a year away before it launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, so fans are filling the time by analyzing nearly every screenshot and frame of Trailer 2 to discover as much as they can.
The wait for Grand Theft Auto 6 may feel excruciating, which is why fans are continuing to analyze as much as they possibly can to discover all of the potential new gameplay details, easter eggs, and visual improvements before the game's release next year. Some fans recently started speculating about a potential new gameplay feature for Grand Theft Auto 6 after picking up on some not-so-obvious details in Trailer 2. While it is yet to be confirmed by Rockstar, some fans are convinced that there will be a house renovation feature, allowing players to spend their hard-earned money on new safe house upgrades.
GTA 6's Rumored Radio Station Could Usher in a New Era of Game Music
Rumors suggest GTA 6 could feature radio stations centered around popular artists, and it could be a turning point for music in gaming.
GTA 6 Fan Discovers Incredible Detail in Screenshot
While most fans believed all of Grand Theft Auto 6's easter eggs and details from Trailer 2 had been discovered, one fan has noticed another incredible visual detail that was likely missed by many. In one of the 70 screenshots released by Rockstar alongside Trailer 2 last month, the inside of a vehicle with a screen on the dashboard can be seen. Although it previous went unnoticed by many, Reddit user BoogaSnu pointed out that the screen is actually covered in fingerprints. It might not be anything ground-breaking, but it definitely solidifies how much effort Rockstar Games goes to in order to take their titles to the next level. Minute details such as this are what add to the overall immersion of a game.
The second trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 has led to plenty of speculation on potential new features and story elements, but a recent leak may have revealed a massive new detail about the next entry in the series. According to American rapper and record producer Jermaine Dupri, Drake may have his very own radio station in Grand Theft Auto 6. Dupri claimed that Rockstar is going to allow Drake to upload music directly to the game, which would essentially mean unreleased tracks could be heard in-game before they make their way to the likes of Spotify or YouTube. It has also been claimed in the past that DJ Khaled will have his own radio station in Grand Theft Auto 6, but Rockstar has verified neither of these rumors as of yet.
Unfortunately, it's going to be quite some time until these rumors are confirmed, as Rockstar recently delayed Grand Theft Auto 6 into next year. The highly anticipated title was initially set to launch in Fall 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, but the studio has said it needs the extra time to bring the game up to the standards that players are expecting. Grand Theft Auto 6 will now launch on May 26, 2026.
