Players will slowly become stronger against the enemies and hazardous elements in Grounded 2. This is mostly due to the Mutations mechanic in the game, which gradually unlocks different passive abilities, allowing players to pick and choose the best ones according to need. All Mutations & How to Unlock Them in Grounded 2
There are 18 Mutations currently available in Grounded 2 in early access. Each mutation is divided into four different categories: Fighting Styles, Combat Abilities, Exploration, and Survival. Each one has three tiers, with different challenges that need to be completed to unlock them. Here's information on all the mutations.
At the start, you'll only be able to equip two Mutations at a time. To equip more Mutations in Grounded 2, you'll need to invest Milk Molars in the Max Active Mutations perk.
