A Far Cry 5 player has left the Grand Theft Auto 6 community in awe after using the game's Arcade mode on PlayStation 5 to meticulously recreate Jason's house from Trailer 2. Ever since Grand Theft Auto 6 shocked the world with its second trailer, fans have been recreating Jason's house in various different titles, but one player's recreation in Far Cry 5 has left the community stunned as it might be the most accurate one yet.
While there's still just under a year left to go until gamers have Grand Theft Auto 6 in their hands, the community has found some great ways to pass the time. The game's second trailer has been out for over a month now, but it continues to be analyzed frame by frame every single day, leading to some interesting speculation among Grand Theft Auto 6 fans about possible new gameplay features. The most recent theory to spread across the community was surrounding a possible house rennovation feature. Some fans are using the game's second trailer as evidence that Grand Theft Auto 6 will allow players to use in-game money to customize their safe houses, which would be a great way to make use of money received from missions.
New Game Releasing June 10 is Something GTA Fans Will Want to Check Out
An upcoming new release set to launch on Tuesday, June 10 is something that Grand Theft Auto fans should keep an eye on.
Far Cry 5 Player Stuns GTA 6 Fans With This Creation
Most fans are still spending their time analyzing the second Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer for hidden details and easter eggs, but others are using their free time to recreate Jason's house in other games. The most recent individual to do this is Reddit user Fresh-War5908, who took to the Grand Theft Auto 6 subreddit this week to show off their incredible recreation in Far Cry 5. According to the user, they used the game's Arcade mode, which allows players to create their own maps to share with the community. As seen in the comparison images below, the recreation is practically identical to what was shown in Trailer 2, leaving much of the community in awe.
Fans were quick to praise both the creator and Far Cry 5 itself, with one user saying it's "amazing" how good Ubisoft's seven year old title looks, even without ray tracing. Another Reddit user chimed in and said that the interior "almost looks more realistic in some ways," while another said they struggled to distinguish which game was actually Grand Theft Auto 6 between the pictures.
This isn't the first time that fans have recreated Jason's house from the second Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer, as one Grand Theft Auto 5 modder recently turned the house into a mod that can be used on FiveM servers. Although it is incredibly impressive, it doesn't come anywhere near as close in terms of detail as the recent Far Cry 5 recreation, despite the fact that it has been made in Grand Theft Auto 6's predecessor.
There's likely going to be a lot more of these recreations in the coming months, as fans still have a long ways to go until they can experience the real thing. Just days before Rockstar Games released the game's second trailer, the studio disappointed the gaming community by announcing that Grand Theft Auto 6 had been delayed. The highly anticipated title was initially going to launch in Fall 2025, but was pushed back to May 26, 2026 to allow Rockstar to continue fine-tuning and polishing the game to a high standard.
