As Grand Theft Auto 6 is set to be one of the biggest video game launches of all time, it's no surprise that fans are constantly searching for new teasers, hints, and easter eggs at every possible moment. And with still seven months left to go until its release, fans are eager to get another glimpse at Rockstar's next big title.
Earlier this year, Rockstar Games delayed the next installment in the Grand Theft Auto series and confirmed that GTA 6 will now be released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on May 26, 2026. For most fans familiar with Rockstar's past titles, this didn't come as much of a surprise. However, the real uncertainty lies around whether or not Grand Theft Auto 6 will be delayed again. Some are taking the stance that Rockstar often hits its target when an exact release date is set, but there are various journalists and insiders claiming that another delay isn't off the table.

GTA 6 Fans Think Trailer 3 Will Release in November
Outside of speculation surrounding a second delay, the next thing fans are eager to know is when a third trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 will be released. While there were countless theories in the past for the game's previous two trailers, all proved to be incorrect. However, that hasn't stopped the community from continuing to speculate, as some fans are now convinced that Trailer 3 will be released on November 8, 2025. This date is not only the two-year anniversary of Trailer 1's announcement, but can also be seen on Jason's watch in Trailer 2 as "11:08." Most would assume that this is nothing more than the in-game time, but this is the GTA community, after all.
Given that these wild fan theories have been wrong countless times in the past, it's unlikely to be any different when it comes to Trailer 3. But, with that being said, it has now been five months since Rockstar released the second trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6, which means there is a possibility that news could be on the horizon. Other theories also point to November for a new trailer, as Take-Two Interactive (the parent company of Rockstar Games) is once again set to hold a new quarterly earnings call on November 6.
While the calls themselves very rarely have any substantial information on new Take-Two titles outside of release window updates or delays, it's not unheard of for new pieces of information or trailers to be released prior to the call in order to give the company's stock a boost and please investors who take part in the meetings. Although unlikely, some believe there's a chance that Trailer 3 could arrive in early November, right before the next Take-Two earnings call.
Another major talking point surrounding GTA 6 is its potential price. Many gamers already begrudge forking out $70 for new AAA titles, but it's now being suggested that GTA 6 could cost upwards of $100. This has yet to be confirmed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two, but a recent survey did calm these rumors as it suggested that Grand Theft Auto 6 would actually make more money by sticking to the traditional $70 price tag over a possible increase.
