In Hades 2, similar to its predecessor, Melinoe can give gifts to the fellow inhabitants of The Crossroads and the gods they meet on their journey in the Underworld to reach Chronos. A special item called Bath Salts can also be given to some of the NPCs to raise their friendship levels; however, as far as early access goes, it seems you can only give Bath Salts and invite people to the Crossroads Hot Springs if they are staying at the Crossroads themselves.
So far, we've only been able to give Bath Salts to the following characters: Odysseus, Dora, Hecate, Nemesis, Moros, and Eris. Of course, this might change as we play more and the developers add more content leading up to the eventual 1.0. Launch.
Hades 2: How to Get Bath Salts and Unlock the Hot Springs
Rite of Vapor-Cleansing
The first thing you'll need to do to unlock the Crossroads Hot Springs is to keep playing Hades 2 until the Rite of Vapor-Cleansing Incantation appears at the cauldron in front of Hecate's usual spot. Performing the chant will let you invite guests to the hot springs and give Melinoe a single serving of Bath Salts.
To do the Incantation, you'll need two Moly, two Lotus', and two N-Shades. You can find Lotus' in Oceanus; Moly is in Erebus; N-Shades can be grown using Nightshade Seeds.
Bath Salts
To get more Bath Salts, you can purchase them (while supplies last) at the Wretched Broker shop at the Crossroads. You can also dig them up using the Silver Spade (shovel tool) in different regions.

Who to Give Bath Salts to?
Ok, so most of the NPCs at the Crossroads will be happy to take Bath Salts as a gift and join Melinoe for a steamy bath, but not everyone will partake in the activity right from the get-go. In our experience, Nemesis needs at least three regular gifts (Nectar) before she feels comfortable taking the Bath Salts from Melinoe.
And if you do happen to give someone Bath Salts, a short conversation will take place at the Hot Springs, with unique character art for Melinoe and her bathing pals. For now, you can give Bath Salts to Odysseus, Dora, Hecate, Nemesis, Eris, and Moros.
