How to Get Wheat in Hades 2

Even though Wheat is a basic resource in many titles, it is rare in the Underworld. Therefore, you will have to progress for quite some time before you can start growing this crop. So, to get Wheat in Hades 2, you need to find Wheat Seeds and grow them at the Crossroads.

The Seeds you need are located quite deep in the Fields of Mourning. It is the third region after Oceanus. Once you reach this region, you need to pay attention to every digging spot on your way. Also, Melinoe should take Silver Spade with her. By reaching the third biome, this tool will already be unlocked for you.

Once you find some Wheat Seeds in Hades 2, you have to visit your soil plots at Crossroads and plant them. Each Wheat plant has a timer of 13 rooms so that you can harvest your crop within a couple of runs. Players can also use the Bath House or Tavern to pass the time with their Companions. Finally, interact with the soil plots when the timer expires to get Wheat in Hades 2.

Wheat is needed for just a few Incantations in Hades 2. However, they have a key role in your progression. More specifically, both Incantations will allow you to gather more resources much faster, so getting Wheat Seeds and growing them at the Crossroads is worth your time.

Verdant Soil (1 Wheat and 1 Garlic) - Adds the last two soil plots to the Crossroads.
Attending a Faithful Beast (4 Wheat, 1 Tears, and 1 Wool) - Allows you to leave your Animal Familiars in the Training Grounds. When they are rested, harvest +2 times.
