Judging by Supergiant Games' release tradition, it tends to favor May and July release windows. Both Transistor and Hades 2 launched in May of their year, while Bastion and Pyre were released in July of theirs. As these make up four of Supergiant's five games, it could mean the developer has established a pattern that it may follow with Hades 2's full release.

Going solely off of Supergiant Games' release history, Hades 2's full release could happen in either May or July 2025, assuming the developer honors its projections of continuing development through the end of 2024, and it has intentions to launch the game in the following year. As such, a more specific full release date for Hades 2 might be May 20, 2025 or July 22, 2025.
While it might make sense to predict Hades 2's full release date by basing it on Hades' 21-month-long development road from early access to full release, Hades 2 entered its early access period in a much more advanced state than Hades did, so it should naturally finish development sooner. Furthermore, whereas Hades was a brand-new project for Supergiant Games, Hades 2's development benefits from already having the sturdy bones of its predecessor to help carry it along.
Of course, this is all speculation, and it's impossible to tell what condition Hades 2 will be in at the end of the year. If not, it could be the end of 2025 or later. Whenever it does finally arrive, what matters most is that it is in the best possible condition it could be in for a full release.
