How to Complete Brushstroke Whimsy in Heartopia

To start Brushstroke Whimsy, you need to get to D.G. Level 14. Doing your daily Resident Requests is the easiest way to level up so you can get to this quest faster. Once you are at level 14, talk to Dorothee. She will give you a short introduction to painting and ask you to visit Ka Ching. This will officially begin the Brushstroke Whimsy quest.

Once you find Ka Ching, you will need to buy a Drawing Board from her, which will cost 2,000 Gold. After placing the Drawing Board wherever you wish, you can start following the instructions shown in your game to begin painting.

Even though the painting is pixelated, Heartopians still have plenty of tools to get creative. You can pick any color you want, adjust the pencil thickness from the left panel, and use premade shapes like stars, circles, and hearts.

Below the shapes, you will find the eraser to fix mistakes. Players can also add premade items like trees and candies to make the artwork more fun. When you are happy with your painting, make sure to save it for the next step of the quest.

How to View the Gallery in Heartopia

After finishing your painting, return to Ka Ching and talk to her. She will ask you to view the gallery, but won’t explain exactly where it is. The gallery is actually on your Drawing Board. Walk up to it, and you will see a picture icon.

Here you can see all the paintings you have made. Once you are done, close the gallery and talk to Ka Ching again. She will tell you about custom clothing, and that will finish the quest.
