One of Heartopia's most important daily tasks is locating the Roaming Oak and Flawless Fluorite deposit. There is a limited amount of these resources that are locked behind daily tasks, making it necessary for players to find and harvest them for future quests and crafting recipes.

Today's Roaming Oak Location (January 30th, 2026)
Today, the Roaming Oak can be found on Home Plot 6. It will be on the right side of the plot near the road.
How to Gather Roaming Oak Timber in Heartopia
Gathering Roaming Oak Timber requires players to approach Oak-Oak with a pickaxe and use it on the roots tying Oak-Oak down. Do this three times in a row to gather three Roaming Oak Timbers and free Oak-Oak from its roots.
Make sure to keep an eye on the weather and look for Oak-Oak on days with a rainbow. You'll have a chance to get extra Roaming Oak Timber on those days.
How to Unlock the Roaming Oak in Heartopia
Players will not be able to find and gather Roaming Oak Timber from the Roaming Oak until they complete the Astralis in Forest quest. Saving Oak-Oak during this quest will activate him, and he will begin roaming around the world on the next in-game day. You'll most often find him on one of the housing plots or in the forest near where you initially rescued him.
Today's Flawless Fluorite Location (January 30th, 2026)
Players will find Flawless Fluorite on the edge of House Plot 7 near the road. This location makes it pretty hard for players driving by to miss. It's also handily right next to the Roaming Oak today.
How to Gather Flawless Fluorite
Like Roaming Oak Timber, Flawless Fluorite is gathered by hitting the deposit with your pickaxe. Players can hit it up to three times to receive three Flawless Fluorites. After these three hits, the mole beneath the Flawless Fluorite will take it underground, where it will stay until the next day.
How to Unlock Flawless Fluorite
Flawless Fluorite will be unlocked after players complete the Astralis in Onsen Mountains quest. The quest will have players find and harvest Flawless Fluorite for the first time. After doing so, Flawless Fluorite will appear in a random location on the map starting on the next in-game day. This location will usually be on one of the home plots or somewhere in the Onsen Mountains.
