Arrowhead Game Studios releases the latest premium warbond known as Borderline Justice for Helldivers 2, adding a bit of the Wild West to its sci-fi shooter. The ever-evolving galactic conflict in Helldivers 2 continues to evolve, both with player actions as well as through consistent updates and DLC from developer Arrowhead Game Studios.
DLC for Helldivers 2 is nothing new, as Arrowhead continues to periodically release new warbonds for players to check out. While major content updates, like Helldivers 2's huge Omens of Tyranny patch, are free, these paid Warbonds add new content like armor, weapons, and stratagems for players who want a little bit extra for their playthroughs. Most of them have been themed around a central idea or way to deal with enemies, and this latest one is no exception.
New Helldivers 2 Teaser Includes a Secret Message
A mysterious new Helldivers 2 teaser drops, prompting the game's community to speculate and decipher clues as to what might be next.
The latest warbond for Helldivers 2 launches on March 20 and adds content inspired by the American Wild West, letting players live out their fantasies of being a space cowboy or perhaps a Mandalorian warrior from Star Wars. The Borderline Justice warbond adds two new weapons inspired by the old west with a sci-fi twist, including the LAS-58 Talon, which is a laser revolver that can be equipped in the secondary slot. To go along with the space cowboy theme, players can also equip the R-6 Deadeye lever-action hunting rifle.

However, for most players, the biggest piece of this warbond is the LIFT-860 Hover Pack stratagem, which allows them to take to the skies where they can hover and use ADS to hit some precise shots. The pack also includes two armor sets, the GS-17 Frontier Marshal and the GS-66 Lawmaker heavy armor, the latter of which features a holster and bandolier to really sell the space cowboy theme. However, that's not all, as the warbond adds another Helldivers 2 player title, two banners and capes, an emote, utility, and throwable that is essentially a sci-fi version of dynamite.
While Helldivers 2 continues to change and evolve based on its Major Orders system, mpst players are constantly wondering what else is on the horizon for the title. While Arrowhead isn't revealing its cards just yet, many at the studio remain active in the community, including the studio CEO, Shams Jorjani. Recently, Jorjani responded to a fan asking about a new minigun-style weapon for Helldivers 2, something that has constantly been requested by the community. While not committing to it, Jorjani did acknowledge the suggestion and said he'd ask the "weapon guy" when it'd be possible to create one.
