There have been a whopping 280 billion total kills in the game, which is unsurprising considering how many enemies Helldivers 2 throws at players. On the flip side, there have been 1.2 billion deaths by Automatons, one of the enemy factions in Helldivers 2, and there have been 83 million deaths from the Illuminate.
Helldivers 2 Reveals Impressive Stats About the Game
Speaking more tactically, one billion 500K bombs have been dropped, and 3.7 billion Eagles have been deployed, showing just how important and popular Helldivers 2's selection of Stratagems is during battle. As stated earlier, working together as a team is crucial in Helldivers 2, but there's plenty of room for accidents, with the game seeing over 38 million deaths from friendly fire. There have also been 4.9 million deaths from friendly mine launchers and Helldivers 2 players have delivered 275 million hugs.
Helldivers 2 players can enjoy the Omens of Tyranny update, which brought several new pieces of content to the game. The update surprise-dropped at the end of last year, adding new mission objectives, new items, and a new enemy type known as the Illuminate.
