With the latest Helldivers 2 update, the maximum level cap has been increased to give players something to aim for. Here’s everything you need to know about the highest rank and max level cap in Helldivers 2.

What Is the Max Level Cap in Helldivers 2?

The maximum level cap in Helldivers 2 is 150. This is a significant increase from the previous max level cap of 50, which many players managed to achieve quickly and easily. When Helldivers 2 first came out, the max level was 20, but Arrowhead Game Studios quickly increased it to 50.

The new maximum level introduces 10 new ranks - Fleet Admiral, Admirable Admiral, Commander, Galactic Commander, Hell Commander, General, 5-Star General, 10-Star General, Private, and Super Private. Here’s a list of all the current ranks in Heldivers 2, including the ten new ranks:

If you previously reached rank 50 before the update, you will continue to earn XP and progress to rank 60 with the new update. You can level up fast by grinding challenging or medium-difficulty missions. Be sure to clear out all Outposts, hit secondary objectives, and extract successfully to level up fast.

With 100 new levels, you have a lot of grinding to do to earn XP and rewards and unlock powerful Stratagems. While the grind may be brutal, it’s worth all the new stratagems that come along. Gear in and get ready to protect Super Earth from the ruthless Automatons and Shriekers that plague the various planets.
