Helldivers players are split on the new bugs added after the latest update. In their travels across the galaxy, Helldivers 2 players encounter enemies from different factions who try to prevent them from ensuring the safety of Super Earth and spreading Managed Democracy.
With the release of the newest Helldivers 2 update, Into the Unjust, the dangers have increased with the introduction of Hive Worlds. These desert planets feature a dangerous, randomly generated cave system, and the first Hive World, Oshaune, is now ready to be explored. Accompanying the introduction of the new planets, players have a new set of missions to complete, including destroying Hive Lungs in caves and escorting a mobile oil rig. Into the Unjust has also brought new enemies for Helldivers 2 players to face, but they are creating polarized reactions within the community.
Helldivers 2’s New Solo Farmers Will Want One Warbond Above All Others
Helldivers 2 is often a team effort, but for players who prefer to defend Managed Democracy solo, one Warbond is a must-have.
Helldivers 2 Players Can't Agree on the New Bugs
The Helldivers 2 community is divided over the new bugs, with some enjoying the additions and others not so pleased with them. Redditor lebaminoba asked players to learn how to deal with the new Helldivers 2 enemies first, rather than asking for nerfs. Meanwhile, user __Elzy expressed their frustration with players who are against nerfs, posting a clip in which they are killed by one of these creatures in just one blow. Using humor, Redditor Stoneybro13 posted a meme depicting the community's current situation on the subject.
With the release of Into the Unjust, Helldivers 2 added four Terminids found in the new Hive Worlds. Rupture Spewers live up to their name by attacking with corrosive acid spew and burrowing into the ground to regenerate. Rupture Warriors are a mutation of the Warrior already known to players, but without the UV-chitin. Due to this, they are weak against sunlight and prefer to stay underground. Chargers are a variant altered by the Gloom, the new threat in Helldivers 2, and their biggest weapon is high speed. Dragonroach is a flying creature similar to the Bile Titan that also launches acid attacks against players.
Arrowhead has not yet addressed the controversy over the balance of the new Terminids, which is not the only challenge players are facing. With the arrival of Into the Unjust, Helldivers 2 is having performance issues and crashes, preventing the community from fully immersing themselves in the new content. Thus, gamers wait for upcoming patches with improvements and to find out whether these bugs will be balanced or not.
