What’s the Medal Cap in Helldivers 2
As mentioned earlier, Medals are a type of currency in Helldivers 2. They can be used to buy various items like weapons and armor in the game. You can earn medals by completing missions, and the better and faster you finish your missions, the more you get.
However, you can’t just keep earning Medals in Helldivers 2. In the game, the Medals are capped at 250. Once you reach 250 Medals, you won’t be able to earn any more. So if you already have 250 Medals and then start a new mission, they won't be stored anywhere, and as a result, you won’t be able to use them. And when we talk about Medals, we're talking about the ones you earn from both missions and Major Orders.
If you hit the 250 Medal limit, make sure to spend your Medals before earning more. For example, you can use your Medals to upgrade your weapons. This feature encourages players to spend their Medals in time instead of just aimlessly collecting them.
