Xbox announced that Hi-Fi Rush and Sea of Thieves will soon release on PS5. After releasing just last year, Hi-Fi Rush is headed to PS5 on March 19. The stylish rhythm action title garnered excellent reviews and easily ranks among the highest-rated games of 2023. Sea of Thieves, on the other hand, is an open-world multiplayer pirate game from Rare that has been around since 2018. Sea of Thieves will be coming to PS5 on April 30, and is slated to support cross-play with Xbox consoles and PC.

Former Xbox console exclusives Pentiment and Grounded will also be making the jump to PS5 in the coming months. Like Sea of Thieves, Grounded will support cross-play with other platforms.

While leadership didn't confirm dates for other titles, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer and Xbox President Sarah Bond stated that this would mark the beginning of Activision Blizzard titles joining Game Pass following last year's massive acquisition.
