There are 28 maps for players to find in Hollow Knight: Silksong. Half of them will need to be purchased from Shakra, a fierce and intimidating warrior who can be found by following the sound of her singing or the trail of 
Throwing Ring that she leaves behind. However, from Act 2 onward, players will get new maps by interacting with strange devices or picking them up in map rooms.

Acquiring a map of all 28 Hollow Knight: Silksong areas will reward players with the Cartographer Achievement / Trophy, and will also make traversing the world of Pharloom a whole lot easier. If players don't have enough Rosaries to purchase one of Shakra's maps when they first meet her in a new area, they can always buy it when they next run into her, although traversing an area without a map can be tricky.

Bone Bottom Map from Shakra for 40 Rosaries after reaching The Marrow. They can find Shakra in the northwestern part of the area.

Players can purchase The Marrow Map from Shakra for 50 Rosaries after reaching The Marrow. They can find Shakra near the bench in the northwestern part of the area.
How to Get the Deep Docks Map
Players can purchase the Deep Docks Map from Shakra for 50 Rosaries after reaching the Deep Docks. They can find Shakra in the area to the east of the Deep Docks Bellway.
How to Get the Far Fields Map
Players can purchase the Far Fields Map from Shakra for 50 Rosaries after reaching the Far Fields. They can find Shakra in a cave to the southwest of the Far Fields Bellway.
How to Get the Wormways Map
Players can purchase the Wormways Map from Shakra for 70 Rosaries after reaching the Wormways. They can find Shakra on the east side of the area, along the upper path leading from the Moss Grotto.
How to Get the Hunter's March Map
Players can purchase the Hunter's March Map from Shakra for 70 Rosaries after reaching Hunter's March. They can find Shakra on the east side of the area, to the east of the path leading down to the Deep Docks.

Players can purchase the Greymoor Map from Shakra for 70 Rosaries after reaching Greymoor. They can find Shakra in the eastern part of the area, to the west of Craw Lake.

Players can find Verdania Map on a bug corpse in a small camp in the southeastern part of the area.
How to Get the Bellhart Map
Players can purchase the Bellhart Map from Shakra for 40 Rosaries after reaching Shellwood. They can find Shakra in the lower part of Shellwood in the area beneath Greyroot's hut.

Players can purchase the Blasted Steps Map from Shakra for 70 Rosaries after reaching the Blasted Steps. They can find Shakra in the eastern part of the area.

Players can purchase the Mount Fay Map from Shakra for 40 Rosaries after reaching Mount Fay. They can find Shakra near the bench in the lowest part of the area near the path that leads to The Slab.

Players can purchase the Sands of Karak Map from Shakra for 90 Rosaries after reaching the Sands of Karak. They can find Shakra in a chamber on the western side of the central shaft.

Players can purchase the Bilewater Map from Shakra for 90 Rosaries after reaching Bilewater. They can find Shakra in the center of the area, northeast of the Bilewater Bellway.
How to Get the Weavenest Atla Map
Players can find the Weavenest Atla Map in the northeastern part of the area. To reach it, they'll need to keep heading right from the Needolin door and then break the two glowing orbs. After doing so, they'll be able to inspect the glowing device in the chamber to their left to get the map.
How to Get the Grand Gate Map
Players can obtain the Grand Gate Map by inspecting the machine in the central part of the area and then inserting 40 Rosaries.

Players can get the Underworks Map by interacting with the map pinned to the wall in the small chamber on the western side of the central shaft, just above the area's first bench.
How to Get the Whiteward Map
Players can obtain the Whiteward Map by inspecting the machine in the area to the south of the area's only bench and then inserting 70 Rosaries.
How to Get the Choral Chambers Map
Players can obtain the Choral Chambers Map by inspecting the machine in the area to the east of the Grand Bellway and then inserting 70 Rosaries.

Players can obtain the High Halls Map by inspecting the machine in the area to the east of the path leading up from the Choral Chambers and then inserting 70 Rosaries.
How to Get the Whispering Vaults Map
Players can obtain the Whispering Vaults Map by inspecting the machine in the hidden chamber at the top of the area's central shaft and then inserting 70 Rosaries.
How to Get the Cogwork Core Map
Players can obtain the Cogwork Core Map by stepping on the button in the hidden area above the foldable bench, just beneath the northwestern passageway leading into the Choral Chambers.
How to Get the Memorium Map
Players can obtain the Memorium Map by inspecting the machine in the map room in the southeastern part of the area and then inserting 70 Rosaries.
How to Get the Putrified Ducts Map
Players can obtain the Putrified Ducts Map by inspecting the table in the room on the west side of the area's central shaft, southwest of the Putrified Ducts Bellway.
How to Get a Map of The Cradle
Players can obtain The Cradle Map by inspecting the machine in the alcove on the west side of the area and then inserting 70 Rosaries.
How to Get a Map of The Abyss
Players can obtain The Abyss Map by inspecting the glowing device in the secret area above the bench in the lowest part of the area.
