Weaver Queen (Ending A)

Players will get the Weaver Queen ending if they bind Grand Mother Silk at the end of Act 2.

Snared Silk (Ending C)

Players will get the Snared Silk ending if they complete the Silk and Soul Wish and then choose to play Needolin rather than bind Grand Mother Silk.

Twisted Child (Ending D)

Players will get the Twisted Child ending if they defeat Grand Mother Silk while Hornet is cursed. To get cursed, they'll need to find the Twisted Bud item in Bilewater and then take it to Greyroot in Shellwood, though only after they've completed the Rite of the Pollip Wish. They should make sure to avoid completing the Infestation Operation Wish, as doing so will result in Hornet being cured, thus making it impossible to get the cursed ending.

Sister of the Void (Ending E)

Players will get the Sister of the Void Ending if they complete Act 3 of Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Passing of the Age (Ending F)

Players will get the Passing of the Age ending if they defeat the final boss of Act 3 after completing the Passing of the Age Wish, which is triggered by interacting with a lore marker in the Putrefied Ducts. Unlike the other five Silksong endings, this one plays out at the end of Sister of the Void.
